​The staff members were constantly smoking, filling the entire premises with a terrible cigarette smell. To make matters worse, breakfast was just a single slice of bread with a banana, and when we asked for more, they rudely replied that was all they had. ​Many people who booked online have fallen into this trap. Please save your money and peace of mind—do not stay here!

Probably one of the cheapest places to stay around kuta. The swimming pool was an added bonus. The location was convenient. The wifi was not really good especially if it rains really hard. No TV. but that's to be expected. There was no toilet paper. Not even soap. They could've given soap at least. The mattress was a spring mattress so sleeping on it wasn't comfortable because I could feel the springs.

It was very hot. No working AC. Just a fan that didn't feel powerful enough to make it feel cooler. Restroom could have been cleaner. I would have loved an extra towel and blanket.

Cheap and good location There was really bad mould in the rooms and bathroom. I just booked this place because of location and to leave my bags before my late night flight, couldn’t really sleep though because of how bad the room smelt and the mould made me not want to stay in the room much. I have stayed here before however this room was far worse

Feelings like home The room and toilet are have bad smeels , the AC not working well !! Unfortunately this time bit dissapointed , i like this place

There was no duvet in the room. Just the ned and a sheet. I therefore had to pull the sheet of the mattress to use as a blanket and this revealed a disgustingly dirty mattress with sevetal brown dtains on it. It was horrifying.

Good value , helpful staff and a tranquil location nothing

People working there were friendly and outdoor area was looking nice. I’m really not happy leaving a bad review, but it might be helpful to other travelers. I have stayed in Bali and around in up to 20 homestays so far, with a similar price range. Unfortunately I have to say, that this one was definitely the worst one. Probably they have at the property nicer rooms too, because I read some reviews that this is a clean place, but it wasn’t my experience. I got moldy stinky room, which made me feeling sick all the time. I booked 4 nights, because it was close to the airport. Ended up sleeping some nights at my friend’s place and returning just at the mornings. The walls were super moldy. Bathroom was dirty and moldy too. No hot water, just cold and happened several times that water wasnt working at all - very inconvenient when you want to wash your hands, flash the toilet or take a shower. Water was leaking from the pipe all the time, so when you are a light sleeper it is super annoying. Water leaks even from the under of the sink and goes everywhere. Bed sheet had many stains, didnt feel pleasant at all lying down to this bed. Since a lot of mold everywhere, the smell in the room was horrible and really got me sick. No AC just a fan - which I would be completely okey with, since I don’t like AC, but the fun was dirty and when on, you could smell the dust and dirt. I think this property could be much better with a deep clean, maintenance on the plumbing, and some attention to air quality.

The pool was nice and the price of the room was reasonable. There are lovely gardens around the pool. Very basic rooms, rooms run down, cash only for room payment.
