There was absolutely nothing good about this property Everything , one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed , very over priced , do not book this hotel (hot box)

The room was spacious location is quite good near to the beach. No water in the washroom no staff there to help on time.

Didn’t like anything! There was an ants nest in the bed, under the sheets. There was no toilet roll provided in the toilets. The fan didn’t work in the room and the room was over 28 degrees! We went to reception at night to complain about the ants and there was no there, when we was told it was 24 hour reception service. We rang the number provided multiple times and they text us and then ignored us. There was no security or any type of safe feeling. Rats were running into the reception area. Lizards in the room. The bathroom had mould all around the toilet bowl and the toilet would not flush. We complained and they said nothing they could do. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Very close to the centre and the beach Starting from careless staff, going on with very stinky room, with very little hygiene. Waited unnecessarily for check in, we run away after the first night without even staying for the second night already booked and payed. For the same price you could have way better. The photos are not same as reality, the swimming pool is not clean and pretty ruined.

We paid online for a room , from Australia. The night we arrived to Bali and came to the motel, there was no one there. The phone rang out. A young guy from Germany came back from a nightclub and said he was out partying with the manager, and kept ringing him but no answer. We were stranded in Bali after midnight. Thankfully we bumped into a local who woke up a local hotel manager from his bedroom whom gave us a room ( it was awful ) but at least we had a bed for the night. Otherwise we would've been screwed. A staff member to let us into our paid room !!!! Or email/ message us to let us know our room number and that it has been left open for us. I will be asking for my money back.

The room was large and clean, however it was NOT as it was advertised. It was advertised as having a garden view and pool. This was not the case. There were neither. Advertising was false..

The piscine is calm the morning and very restful The AC was not working at our check in but the reception guy did all he could to fix it and it work after 1h
