Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

It’s really close to the airport perfect for a quick stop at the start of your Bali holiday or like we did at the end after a week in Bali and 2 in Australia are return flights were from Bali so we stopped there It’s probably a little dated but I’ve stopped in a lot worse for a hell of a lot more money

I liked that they had a full gym and laundry you could use for a fee, which was great for a transition. The restaurant was okay. Breakfast was good, and the staff were really, really nice. I would stay again.

close to airport I would rather spend extra time getting to airport than booking here again - this hotel need a full revamp and maintenance

The beautiful staff, excellent location, wonderful gardens and traditional look The clientele. No reflection on the hotel or staff, just not our scene.

If you are in transit an want an easy nice place by the airport this is your place to go.

The flexibility of the staff Nothing

Good food and service was great. The pool looked beautiful. Dining outside was nice atmosphere. Perfect for a quick stay before airport transfer. Also close to the mall to do any shopping and easy to get a taxi. The price of the shuttle to the airport was significantly higher than using a driver from Grab App. No washcloths were in our room. The keycard holder was reused and the previous room number just erased- it didn’t seem big of a deal until the room we received only had two body towels. Made me question if one-day stays were pre-planned to receive less.

Great location near airport This is a wonderful place to stay before going to the airport. Great place to relax by the pool, the food in the restaurant is fantastic and the cost is very reasonable.

The hotel is 5 minutes drive from the airport but feels like a nice resort hotel. The rooms are spacious, food at the restaurant is good, swimming pool is nice. the hotel arranged for a clean van for airport pick up at a cost, very convenient

Good location, friendly staff, hotel with a good menu, transportation options. The hotel was undergoing some repair works, some of it in the hall my room was in. Works kept going on until past 11PM. Also (and likely because of the works) the floors in the hallway as well as the room were dirty.

This hotel was awesome. As a solo traveler the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The transfer from the airport was so easy! Super organized facility and so clean. Would stay 100 times again. Thank you to the staff and everyone for a wonderful stay.

Great location and amazing swimming pool Few maintenance issues. Stopper on bathroom sink would not allow water to drain easily and foot pedal on bathroom waster paper basket broken requiring manual lifting of lid to dispose waste tissue. Also provided only bath towels…no hand towels

In recent years, amenities have decreased, facilities are less maintained, But a simple request for a hand towel or hair dryer and staff is more than happy to accommodate.

The location was perfect for our last night before an early flight in Bali, especially considering how bad traffic can get.

It's a Hilton, it has good accomodation and facilities. We arrived on a flight at 2am and expected an already booked driver to be ready. We waited for 20 minutes for him. We went down for breakfast at 10am because we slept more as we were tired from the plane. No one told us breakfast finishes at 10:30, not even when we paid for it before going into the restaurant. We could only get some fruit and coffee because the staff picked everything up very fast. No one warned us
