Location is great if you have a flight early morning the next day. Room was clean. Unfortunately my room was very very noisy, with the car / scooter sounds coming from the window and the door side.

Three of us, two rooms, stayed at Grandmas twice in two weeks. The first time my wife and I were really happy with the room and its cleanliness to the point the third person was really surprised. The second time we were in a room that wasn’t near as clean or well kept. The person who was traveling with us said now she understood why we thought it was nice, she got a much cleaner and nicer looking room, we told her ours went the other way. So great value and location close to the airport, but rooms are hit and miss. Also the sign out front did not say Grandmas, it shows a different hotel name. A little confusing for both us and the Grab driver.

We had an unexpected night in Bali due to plane changes. (Thanks Stupid Air Jet.) This hotel was available, close to the airport, and they arranged an airport pickup for us (200K IDR) - which you pay at the front desk and they give you a receipt. (Perfect for travel insurance reimbursement. ) We had an early flight out, so they gave us a box breakfast. They also helped us with a Grab car to the airport for only about 50K IDR. This is a very eco conscious hotel! The provided drinking water was in glass bottles that they refill and seal. The slippers are reuseables. No single use plastic amen4, all in pump bottles. There is a small fridge in the room, too.

Staff night shift not so friendly named Mirza,as i am not the first time stay at Grandmas,He shouldn't be alone so can increase the mood,.In the morning shift was so friendly as usual,name Rusmi Kadek she is very approachable and kind.
