I got a room on the ground floor, and in the corner. I was happy with the hotel's amenities, which were quite complete at a very reasonable price. The location is quite good in the middle of Dewi Sri, easy access to find food and transport such as grab/gojek/taxi. The staff is quite friendly during check in. However, my suggestion for improvement: the toilet when flushing the water smells. My room also smells damp, as if it is rarely used or the air circulation is not favourable.

In my room, there is no toothbrush or toothpaste set up, and the soap and shampoo dispensers are not working properly, but it's fine.

Its A place you can sleep when staying in Kuta, but you should occupie your days. Cheap compared to many other Hotels. Not clean at all, when we arrived there was blood and brown dirt on our bedsheet, there was A used q tips on The floor, lots of hair and dust, very bad. We got dirty bedsheets plenty of times through our stay… Our Bathroom smell like mould many times, and when we told the straff They just used A spray to cover it. Bad air condition in The room. Buliding is old, smell like mould, but They use A spray to cover it. Quite busy area, much traficc on The road with The Hotel, a little far from The beach. That would be ok if The pool was alright, but there Are no sun there at all. The day we checked out we asked if there was A shower room we could use before The flight, they said yes. Turned out it was The open shower to The pool outside. No shower with covers around. Wifi is non existing… tried to Work from The room but wasnt possible. Had to buy an e sim to be able to use my phone in The room.. also when i made ready my outfit in The bag before checkout, it was in The reception A couple of hours, my thsirt smelled like mould… It was raining one day, our bag which was placed next to The window (Windows thats not possible to Open), was soaking. Which means The Windows Are not sealed. Wet bikinis took many days to dry.
