The place is old. He’s lots of work when raining there’s lots of wet spots in the rooms in the hallway. Some of the walls are bubbling from water. Front desk

room was very comfy, hotel had great life in in and fantastic location room access was at very back and the view wasn't great, however the view from room balcony was fantastic

Clean, nicely designed within the narrow space available in Kuta The property itself does bit have ant down faults. It is not a tranquil hotel, with music and voices at the hotel’s pool

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. The food was very good. The hotel is located in walking distance to the beach and shopping mall. The booking was for three, but the bed could accommodate only two. Are they not supposed to provide bed for three when they accept booking for three? Three of us managed to sleep on the same bed with lot of inconvenience. Same applies with breakfast. Free breakfast was applicable only for two of us. We paid extra for one person's breakfast. We also stayed in Bloo Bali hotel for the same cost. We got beds to accommodate for 4 and they gave breakfast for all 3 of us without extra cost.

Breakfast was good If you want a relaxing holiday I wouldn’t recommend coming here as the pool bar goes on from about 12 lunch until 10pm with loud music so there’s no sleeping or having a nap during the day, my aircon was leaking water through condensation build up in the roof and dripping on the floor waking myself and my partner up I actually slipped over one night due to the water on the floor and the floor being tiled, I complained three times and all they did was dry the area then 2 days later the build up came back and poured onto the floor again, I consistently had a towel on the floor to catch the water and mask the dripping sound while we slept.

Great central hotel and great value. Large roomy room with comfortable bed and nice selection of pillows. Pool area needs a revamp, tiles quite dangerous around pool, many lifting creating a trip hazard. Shower/bathroom needs upgrading. Blocked smelly drain and inground mould in shower. Very pokey and cramped. Aircon leaked and extremely noisy.
