Several options for Asian food but there was an omelet station. Coffee was good. Breakfast options for Europeans were limited - no cheese!

Big rooms. Very clean. Comfortable bed and good AC in the room. Lobby and other spaces are open to the outside so they are a little warm but it's a beautiful space. The chairs in the room weren't that comfortable but that was no big deal.

We were using the room to rest during a long day of travel from Lombok back to Australia. The check in staff offered for us to go into our room at 9am that morning which was wonderful for us to rest. Thank you very much !

Lovely staff and comfortable rooms. It was great to be able to use the facilities at the neighbouring Bintang Resort Buffet breakfast wasn’t as good as other properties I’ve been to in Bali.

Always good. We understand that it’s the wet season however the mould was a big problem in the hallways and the smell was overpowering in our room. We were offered a change of room but we were only there for 2 nights and declined and our room was sprayed with air freshener. The issue was addressed and the staff were more than helpful. Groups of people sitting at tables outside smoking and near the door so the cigarette smoke was coming in the restaurant area. We would like to eat breakfast outside and would be a good idea to have a smoking area for those people who smoke

The rooms where clean and comfortable The breakfast & food in general was not very nice. Front desk staff not overly helpful.

Size of room and friendliness of staff Choice of breakfast and could only have butter and bacon on request and when room was cleaned they didn't wipe the vomit off the bathroom door nor did they remove dirty dishes from room service.
