Nice hotel, beautiful and spacious room. Huge selection for breakfast. My flight was cancelled so I needed to book a room for 1 night. It's super close to the airport and they were able to accommodate my very late booking with ease which was great. The design of the hotel is insane. To get to and from my room and the lift to get to the lobby was (no joke, not exaggerating) a 5 minute walk - I timed it! There are no shortcuts, you just have to follow the maze and try not to get lost until you find your room. My room also faced the street which was very noisy and loud. The shower could be cleaned better too.

Have stayed in this hotel numerous times and the overall service is great as always. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were polite, welcoming and friendly.

Staff was soo nice and so Good is reception First they gave us room with street view and there is live music ? down in bar every day from 07:00 pm to 10 pm ? and that music was so loud u can’t even rest properly in room ?

breakfast is in an open area, it can get quite hot there; recommend to have an early breakfast

the room is great and the location is perfect. I like the breakfast and it's quiet and cozy. the staffs are friendly and warm. I want to visit it again next time. the only thing that I'm not satisfied is the long way to the room. you need to take the elevator first and walk for 1 minute to get to my room.

Overcharged for our meal in the restaurant, towel has hair on it, bath matt was stained, hair on floor in bedroom

Really nice rooms and great AC. Initially I was sent to a room with another family in it because “there was a glitch in the system” but the room I actually stayed in was nice.

Nice pool, quiet in the morning, good breakfast with a nice view. Loved the frangipani trees, great smell to be welcome by arriving to Bali Facilities are a bit dated

Had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights. It exceeded expectations. The staff were so friendly. We booked a premier double room which was modern, clean and spacious. The breakfast was extensive, although they could improve on the coffee station as it seemed to always be broken. The rooftop pool was fabulous! And never too busy at all. Beautiful sunset views from here. I will be coming back for sure! The walk way to the room was very long and you had to exit the building to another. Other than that nothing!

I loved the location in kuta and wanted a nicer hotel for me and my family than the one i usually stay at the breakfast was amazing awesome selection and the staff where amazing the rooms where big and bathrooms where nice i will happily stay here with my family next time we go i think this will be my go to hotel from now on. Fridge was on the smaller side but we made do its not a real deal breaker

Breakfast is good, size of room is good but no balcony. Next to Lippo Mall and there are M Mart not too far away for some snacks and many shops to walk around The aircon in the bedroom is noisy that i cannot sleep throughout my stay. I did not report this to the staff because i dont want to inconvenience the staff and the idea of moving to a different room is just too much work.

Style of the cabana sunbeds available without extra charge! Loud music being played during the day at the pool. Stairway into pool only available by the bar, with a lot of people lounging on the stairs in to the pool drinking, there needs to be another way in! Many rooms are too far from the lift. Why is there not another closer lift for those on the far side?

Location, very central adjacent to shopping centre and close to the beach ⛱️. Also, staff very helpful and always happy to help. Pool has amazing views of the sunset and great vibe. Gym is small but adequate for a hotel. Well maintained. Even took advantage of free yoga ?♀️ Not worth mentioning
