Close to the airport, super clean and cheap The noise outside the room from other guests iuntil 3am. Was surprised they were not asked to be quiet by the hotel reception 20 metres away. 2 guys sat there drinking all night.

This hotel was an excellent stop over for one night in Denpasar on our way to Lombok. It was quiet and had a lovely pool and was close to a very good coffee shop and local warung.

having to leave and go back to australia, wanted to stay in Indonesia but alas ill be back in 2 months

The pictures are deceptive. The whole set up. Bathroom was the worse.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is a great location and great value for your money. the pool was nice! The rooms were clean.

Unfortunately my stay wasn’t a good one because of the noise even during midnight hours! especially at one night from 2 till 3:30 AM there was one guest talking extremely loud next to the swimming pool and no one from the staff did anything till I get wake and got down to tell them to take some action and talk to the guest to lower his voice as the people was sleeping! The bathroom has a lot of small worms be careful!! ___ The morning staff were friendly.

Bathroom fan so loud, we couldn’t turn on the light as it would wake the neighbors. Kids’ room’s drain was blocked, standing in puddle while showering Toilet in shower Room wasn’t prepared for 3 children. Arriving at 1:30am, they had to share a bed

Cleanliness of the room and area, friendliness of staffs and conveniently located around Kartika Plaza. Improvement of the breakfast variety and the rooms were overpriced for their standard.

Price The room is not clean, the walls are dirty, the bathroom is not clean and smelly. The bed sheets were yellow and dirty, the bed it self was moist! the AC is not cold and the room is noisy. An overall bad experience
