The rooms did not match the description. The quality of breakfast and very limited choice.

the room is spacious, the bed is comfy.. Very loud and noise from the main sunset road, advise; should install sound proof.. the card to unlock the door didnt work until we reported to reception 3 times then its fixed.

It was quite noisy in the hallway at times and also when they have events in the hall next door. The carpet in the hallway was really dirty. I think they may be in the process of upgrading parts of the hotel but they definitely need to get rid of the carpet.

I like the place,coz it's peaceful, and the staff was kind and helpful. The weather is humid, bail Indonesia always hot weather during February to June..

Room with spacious, clean and tidy I informed staff that the room I was in was noisy (due to other quests) so the went out of there way and upgraded my room to a more quite location. Was quite noisy with other guests checking in

Staff were great very friendly and helpful. I was kept awake by guests hanging out in the hallway outside my room in the middle of the night. One of them even rang my doorbell and woke me up, not impressed.

Pool was nice. Rundown, local shopping mall shut down. Nothing really nearby.
