Dream of Aventus Hotel Kuta

Almost nothing. It is just close to Airport but nothing in the area It looks like a five-star hotel from the outside, but you face reality once you enter. First of all, there were too many young and noisy teenagers in the entrance area. I didn’t feel safe letting my child stay there and immediately asked for a refund, but they rejected my request. I had no choice but to stay. When you use the elevator and reach the floors, you’ll see that the design is like a typical student dormitory. The rooms are small and furnished with hospital-style uncomfortable beds. Because of the layout, you have to walk around 2–3 minutes from the lobby to reach your room. The next day, I decided to try the breakfast, but it was another disappointment. There was almost nothing available—just some local lunch items and cheap-brand noodles. I at least wanted to have some butter and honey on bread, but the honey seemed to be mixed with water or something else; it was very runny and tasteless. Finally, during check-out, they refused to issue an invoice for my stay, claiming that I had made the booking through an online provider. I explained that they were still responsible for issuing the invoice since I stayed at their hotel, not the provider’s, but they insisted on not sending it. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The staff were lovely The place was advertised as 5 star which was a flat out scam. The owner is a marble trader so he made the lobby look 5 star and the rooms were like 3 star at best with broken and dirty fixtures. Poorly maintained and basic menu

The rooms did not have good sound proofing, the room above us when they were using the shower we could hear the water going down the drain.

Property was clean and tidy. Hotel staff customer service was exceptional and respectful. Breakfast buffet had variety of food choices to offer and food was delicious and cooked to the standards. Really loved it!!! NA

Excellent location near to many fun places. Clean and neat hotel, the beds are very comfortable. Booked a massage for me and my wife at their spa and it was amazing.

We were coming from a long trip and were so tired, we couldn't sleep from the noise in this hotel, people swimming and screaming in the hotel pool until very late at night, the pool makes echoing noise because of its position in the centre of the hotel.......We had booked for 8 nights we checked out the very next day with no refund, very disappointed with the service......

Room was clean and comfortable bed. Room was close to swimming pool and a little noisy from children's swimming classes.

Close to airport and nice staff. The water coming out the taps is sewage water ! It smells like sewage and was black colour ! We could not shower or enjoy our night ! No soundproof and very noisy neighbours !

Rooms are not sound proof. Hearing voice from outside when people are talking.

Lots of facilities and friendly staff

Staff were super friendly, down the earth and respectful. They provided information on time and fulfilled the requests immediately. The price was reasonable. Kuta area is a very lively area with ample of cafes, resturants, hotels and shopping centres. Breakfast menu was pretty much same every day The footpath in the street that the hotel is located in damaged and uneven. It was a torture walking with baby stroller when we liked to walk towards Kuta beach and shopping centre.
