This was our second stay at Micasa so that speaks to how much we like this hotel! It was so quiet which we truly appreciated. All areas are impeccably clean. The suites are spacious and very comfortable.especially the beds. The pool is large and there were always clean towels available. The staff from the door, to the front desk, to the cleaning staff greeted us warmly each time we met them. Yana, Arif and the other front desk staff were very helpful and kind when we asked for advice or assistance. We hope to return in the future and highly recommend Micasa All Suites Hotel!

I can 100% recommend this hotel. I stayed at the Micasa All Suites Hotel for 30 days in February/March of 2026. Assigned to room 309. The rooms are huge, similar to a large studio apartment. I could see myself living there. The pool and sundeck are very nice. The gym was well appointed, and I had some great workouts. The gym is also utilized by the physical therapy clinic next door so it can get crowded during business hours. The breakfast buffet was decent. Once you get your bearings, you'll find plenty of places for food and coffee nearby. The location is good. It is approximately 10 minutes to the Persiaran KLCC yellow line station and 10 minutes to the Ampang Park yellow and red line stations. By utilizing the pedestrian footbridge over the highway, you can be at KLCC Park and the Suria Mall in less than 20 minutes. There are several grocery stores within walking distance: the closest being Ben's Independent Grocer inside the Linc Mall. There were enough English language TV stations to keep me occupied. Overall, I had a good stay. During the course of my stay, there was a loud pounding/stomping/thumping noise coming from somewhere in the hotel or just outside. This occurred intermittently for the entire month of my stay, during all hours of the day and night. I tried finding the source of this noise but could never isolate it enough to complain. The hotel is showing some wear and tear, especially in the hallways, but don't let this scare you off. Also in the hallways, you might find some offensive cooking odors or the smell of cigarette smoke. This would occasionally seep into the room, and I would have to spray air freshener or cologne. This is really the fault of inconsiderate guests rather that the hotel. In spite of these complaints, I would stay here again.

Check-in was smooth, warmly greeted and hassle free. Room is spacious, clean and bed was comfy. We love that the hotel is a boutique one, tucked in a quiet environment within the busy city. Parking was free, and we felt it was safe with a parking attendant round the clock.

Actually choose this property cause is near to usa embassy for my mum interview. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location strategic to tourist attraction like jalan alor which i use grab app for all the travel around kl. None.
