Really enjoyed our stay at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur. The staff were super polite, helpful, and made us feel well taken care of. Great location, spacious rooms, and the breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty options. Would definitely stay here again! there was ongoing renovation work around the pool area during our stay, which resulted in noticeable noise and limited access to some facilities. This was a bit inconvenient at times.

The breakfast wasn't really good, it should be continental as it it sounds to satisfy overseas people.

A little higher prices , plus higher floor or lounge access is not for everyone, plus some guidelines to go to pool , was in cotton shorts they did not allow it.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was really good. The bathroom was large and stocked with toiletries. the breakfast spread was just amazing. The location of the hotel is close enough to the KLCC area yet far enough from the crowds. Really a good place to be in KL.... Friendliest staff ever... The room is a bit dated, but very spic and span clean nevertheless

We were at the suite in 3016. The noise from the operating lifts were a constant nuisance. Also, the traffic noise at the 30th floor ( the highest floor ) was very disturbing. I wonder how the lower floors coped. Perhaps, noise proofing the windows needs to looked at.

Very helpful, respectful and hardworking staff. Nice pool, very good breakfast, comfortable and clean bed and room. The toilets are a little dated, it is clean but in small toilets gaps, in the toilet seat you can see dirt that nobody can reach.

Everything bed and bath.. and location is convenient . The wc was not function and ac.. over all decent room The guest in the corridor were noisy 1am to 2am...

The room was spacious and the bell staff were kind and helpful ..one even suggested nice local spots. The hotel felt outdated and didn’t meet 5-star expectations. The reception staff lacked basic hospitality and didn’t offer a proper welcome. The room was very basic, although spacious. I was also disturbed by loud motorcycle noise at 2 AM, even on the 14th floor.

Not kids friendly and no options for bed space in the rooms for families so not recommended for families I also found a cockroach in our room 1523

Loved how big the room was and how comfy the bedding was The hotel was a 10 minute walk from suria klcc The only thing i did not like was the open glass window to the toilet .. it was covered with blinds but not entirely covered which was a concern when sharing a room with our little children
