My room was infested with German cockroaches, before that I get to the front desk to check in. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up after I called them on the lobby phone to say I was there beside that. It was altogether a horrible experience.

Very clean.

The downside of the stay has to do with the equipment and lighting in the room not being in working order.

Bad

The night time front desk attendant must have been asleep. No one at the front desk. I walked 1 mile down the road to another hotel at 3:00am.

Our toilet was disgusting. It had pee stains on it and there was a roach crawling around. Definitely won’t come back.

The cleaness of the room was excellent and the hotel as a whole was great

The beds and the functioning refrigerator were ok. The conference type chairs in the room had peeling of the vinyl seating. When I asked for more washcloths I was told that they wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes. There is no iron/ironing board or a hair dryer.

Horrible, dirty, hair in bedsheets, toilet and shower, toilet uncleaned. The first room we had to ask to change because it was used, the second one was supposedly clean, but we had to sanitize everything before sleeping. Everything was dirty, garbage overflowing, hallways with garbage, lobby with spilling, outside with garbage overflowing and litter everywhere. We made our peace with it because we were just sleeping and leaving the next day. Good thing we had our sheets and used that for the bed. I had alcohol and wipes and cleaned the bathroom before using.

Close to theme park Very very very rude night clerk, dog barking in room, dirty elevator, broken glass beer bottles outside. People drinking and causing disturbances infront of building hanging out by their cars. No extra towels after 6pm
