I really loved my stay. Incredibly personable front desk staff. I had an issue with the TV (total user error) and they came promptly and didn't laugh at me lol. My only issue was the shower didn't get hot, it was mostly lukewarm but that was probably user error too. I was there for an interview (I'm a law student) and this hotel let me relax. I will stay there again

They were trying to give my brother a room with the bed having blood stains on it. The chair had booty juice on it you could see the outline and also the lamp shade dirty with holes in it. This was terrible we had to get a new hotel to stay at and they refused to refund us the money worthless, I would not recommend especially if you have children.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed upon arrival. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed the floors were very dusty. We ended up going to Walmart to buy a floor mop so we could clean the room ourselves. A few days into our stay, I started feeling itchy. At first, I thought it was due to being outdoors and spending long days at the theme parks. However, the itching became much worse, and I began noticing red, itchy bites on my skin that looked like bed bug bites. It was extremely uncomfortable and affected my enjoyment of the vacation. I did not report it during our stay because there was only one night left, and I tried ironing the bedding, which seemed to help. However, I feel it is important to share this experience so that management can investigate and take appropriate action. I hope the cleanliness of the rooms and the bedding conditions can be improved for future guests.

Honestly really good spot for our trip. Clean hotel rooms and bathrooms. Nice staff, very convenient location.

I didn't like that every morning they had the same thing for breakfast. And they have to take into consideration that not everyone eats pork. I was disappointed with the breakfast and the time they close off the breakfast. The pool was not working the elevators were always dirty. And the cleaners keep knocking on the door even though you have a sign stating don't disturb which was very annoying. And the other thing is the hotel fee which I didn't know about only when I arrive at the hotel they told me I had to pay $100 USD for the five nights I was staying extra. So what if I didn't have this money what would have been my situation?

I don’t like to write reviews, but I have to. I called the hotel before coming to Florida, to confirm that they provide free transportation to ALL Disney parks and Disney springs. The gentleman on the phone said yes. When I get to the hotel on my first day to my Disney trip, they stated that only one bus takes you to Hollywood studios. I told them that I had called previously to get confirmation. Their employee told me yes. They said that the person who I spoke to gave me wrong information. I had to pay a lot of Ubers to get to the parks and Disney springs. Also the hotel looks way different from the pictures that they post on their website. It’s super outdated and dirty. On top of that they have the whole 4th floor closed. Due to renovations. They were working at 7am with loud bangs and drill noises. It feels like the ceiling was going to collapse.

When we arrived, we found out that the pool was closed for maintenance. Unfortunately, this was not mentioned anywhere on the website before booking, and no discount or compensation was offered for the inconvenience. There was also a strong odor from the maintenance work throughout the common areas of the hotel. Despite the ongoing work, there were no noticeable improvements. In our room, the top part of the curtain was partially torn, and the floor cleanliness was only average. We stayed for 4 nights, but housekeeping only made the beds once. On the other days, they only replaced towels and emptied the trash. The mattresses were old spring mattresses that squeaked every time you moved, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The positives are the location, which is excellent. The hotel is on a main road with plenty of restaurants nearby and is only about 8–14 minutes from Disney World, depending on the park. Free breakfast and free parking are also included, although we did not try the breakfast so I cannot comment on its quality. Overall, the location is the hotel’s biggest advantage, but the maintenance issues, cleanliness, and room condition made this a disappointing stay.

No tub plug. Told the front desk multiple times to no avail. Also fridge did not work.

There was food under the mattresses of the bunk beds. Dead bugs in the bathrooms. Phone in the room didn't work and didn't even have buttons for it just holes. The blow dryer in the bathroom didn't work at all. Paint was all over the bathroom mirror and takes over 10m for the shower to get hot. The elevator got stuck on us and kept opening and closing in between levels.

Dirty on the outside and inside. They tried to downsize my room twice by giving 2 rooms in a row wrong. Upon inspection I found dirty brown (white normally) lampshades. What appeared to be blood. On the mattress. The mattresses had large dark yellow stains. Found rooms not cleaned properly, do not stay here. Outside was very unappealing, pools we’re not clean or clear, very Cloudy looking.

Breakfast is ok but the overall resort is fantastic. Location is good, front desk staff were nice and room was spacious.

It was a safe place to sleep and walking distance to many dining and shopping opportunities. The pool was closed due to renovation. The laundry facility was out of service. There was a ketchup packet in the kids bunk bed and ketchup smeared on the bed itself upon arrival. The other half of he heavy curtain was missing so we had bright pool lights shining in our room all night. The breakfast ran out of protein and bread, was not refilled. Walls are paper thin so hopefully you don’t have loud guests next to you! The gift shop was nice, but no toiletries available on the property for us forgetful travelers who might need a toothbrush. Not somewhere I would stay again, but would recommend if you don’t plan on using amenities while visiting Orlando.

Lisa the manager & her staff are amazing! I stay here every month and love it. Breakfast is good, beds are comfortable and we always enjoy it. Very close to Disney. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel right now but it’s no problem and still a great place to be. My home away from home in Orlando.

Hotel is under renovations, so pool, top floor and other areas blocked offf, but that is great. It needs it and is a lovely hotel, breakfast was great, but the condition and cleanliness need lots of improvement.

Dirty. Hair in bathroom. Floors weren’t cleaned. Past guest barefoot prints all over. Run down. Pool and hot tub closed all trip. Could easily hear guests in rooms next to us. Ran out of plates, milk and food at breakfast around 8:30. We are not needy , nor are we the type of family that complains , but this stay was just not good. We have stayed at many places within the area over the years. Worst stay yet. Sorry :(

Hotel room was recently renovated and very nice. A/C worked well as did the shower, etc. Very nice and accommodating staff. I would stay again, especially for the value being near WDW.

The beds....another terrible experience, were like riding in a boat that rocked and groaned with every little movement. Seriously, they were terrible. I really considered moving to another hotel, but since we had already carried everything in and set up, we decided it was too much trouble to change. I gave an extra star (from terrible to poor) because the breakfast was surprisingly good.

The beds are awful. Looking up from the bottom bunk the bottom of top bunk was nasty with some ones chest sticky pads.

The hotel was under renovation during our stay, so no pool for the Grands to swim in. The room was okay for it being what it was, definitely needs updated. No breakfast, as we were a few minutes late & were told it was closed [okay, no problem] The beds were hard. The floor was not very clean. Keeping the room at a comfortable temperature was a bit of a challenge. But as stated: the hotel is under renovation & hopefully these things will be resolved. [It wasn't horrible. It wasn't great. We won't stay there again]. The front desk staff were fantastic, & definitely a pleasure to converse with. Thank you for your courtesy & allowing us to check in early.

It's inexpensive, so keep realistic expectations. There's remodeling going on, so I'd say they're making it better. Pool is not currently usable, and the second floor ice maker is inop, drippy faucets, and old towels, but, it was half the cost of a Value Disney room, and Disney charges a lot for the same breakfast. Overall not a bad value these days, and I think it will get better in the next year.

Was under construction during our state and we weren’t notified about it

everything was bad from reservation to check out. First we decided to go up a day early tried to change theresevation and co' so I booked another they had no king size rooms available so I booked 2 beds room I reached out to the hotel telling I had made a another reservation and no king room was available but I really didn't want to switch rooms their reply no worries I have made the reservation so we wouldn't have to change room I thought great that' a relief. I was wrong got to the hotel around 315 check in in at 3 telling me that the room wasn't ready till about 4 what else could I do so we went and ate came back to hear on the 2 bed rooms was available then but if we wanted the king it wouldn't' be till later cause none of them was ready. I was aggravated by them my husband and wanted to rest from the trip over there so said just give me the room. they did go upstairs the elevator was filthy and smelled the room was clear at the end of the hall after I told them he couldn't walk very far without his wheelchair I had rented a scooter so didn't bring it my mistake. got to the room I heard water dripping in the bathroom it was from the shower went down said something and asked if someone could come look at it the guy came went to the shower said we didn't turn it off all the way try to tighten it as tight as possible, I said we just got in the room wasn't out doing so he went back in the bathroom and tightened t so tight that I was afraid it break no pool food terrible

This is my second time staying here. Staff as usual were very pleasant. Pool was not currently open and my bathroom was dirty with hair and dirt in the tub. I will say their AC is phenomenal lived sleeping cold and bundled up. Overall I do recommend the hotel because my first experience wasn’t like this one. It’s fairly close to the parks and in a centric location close to everything. Their breakfast is very good and recommend to eat there if staying. I will visit again

We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious and there was a nice variety. Beds were comfy and room was clean. We will stay here again!

This also hurt my back which is killing me even more know and I think I jacked up my spine a little more from the car accident I had. The whole right part of my back and neck are hurting so bad, and I have huge migraines now I hurt my knee way back 12 or more years ago and it took forever to heal back up to the point I can walk on it again, and now I feel like theres way more damage done all over again. The pain is killing me. BUY THE INSURANCE when you book hotels! On top of that, the keys are magnetic and I had to cripple myself down several times to have it redone. This hotel is in renovation which is not mentioned anywhere on Hotels.com. There were roaches in my room. The STAFF however were very kind, apologetic, explained that they were in renovations. I know they can't go check every single chair, but it cost me so much money and time that I don't have! Most of my time I was stuck in my room injured! And I'm about to have to go see more doctors. Also, construction on both sides at 7:30am both mornings And the door didn't shut completely.

They charged the incedential fee twice and they were charging another $100 for an unknown reason but luckily that charge was declined. Them not having the pool open really ruined it for my children.

We were unaware the pool would be closed when booking or afterwards, unfortunately the cost to book elsewhere last minute was exorbant. The fridge didn’t work but it was replaced within 10 mins of calling the desk. The A/C worked well. They were out of milk on the last day which was unfortunate as the kids like cereal. There is construction currently and for those who want to know the pool is supposed to be open in another few days. Everyone we talked to was polite and aimed to be helpful.

Lisa is always Amazing, she has a Sweet Sass to her. This is our second time here and we are planning our thirs for 2 weeks from now. Nick helped us in the morning today at checkout and as always he is super helpful. Breakfast was awesome and they changed it up from the last time we were here to make it a smoother process. The free coffee at all hours is so convenient too... the hotel is under construction that is the only reason some areas couldn't get higher marks. Otherwise it's always a pleasure to stay here!! We will be back!!

Now for the room: first we walked in to a puddle of water on the floor from the frig leaking. (The staff worked quickly to have the frig checked out/fixed). The bunk beds had support beams missing, they were actually on the floor under the bottom bunk. The lamp shade had rusted colored stains on them, and the mattress protector was riped and half off the one bed. The water pressure in the shower was not great & it seemed like minimal hot water was available. Truthfully, I'd stay here again for the staff, breakfast and convinence to the surrounding area. Disney parks, old town, disney springs all is roughly a 20 min or less drive away.

Breakfast was convenient, literally everything else was an absolute nightmare. Our room door would fight with us every time we tried to open it. The door knob was literally not attached to the door, it came off when pulled. You can hear guests full conversations through the walls because of how thin they are. Every time I went into the lobby there was another guest complaining about something to the front desk.

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. There were a lot of shady and loud people hanging around outside at night — loud enough to hear clearly from the 3rd floor with the windows closed. The hotel really needs better security because many unsavory characters pass through the area. The pool and hot tub were very dirty. The hot tub didn’t even work and had large cracks in the steps that looked hazardous. My kids even found a huge rusted nail inside the kiddie pool. Pool furniture was old and torn up. The room itself did not feel clean. There were stains on surfaces that looked like either chemical runoff or dirt. Curtains were missing, and the ones that were there looked old and dirty. Lamp shade were broken/dirty. Toilet had a leak. Our room also had no chair or small couch, so we always had to sit on the beds. Bath towels were extremely small — more like toddler-sized towels — and looked old and crusty. The bathroom layouts are awkward and could really benefit from pocket doors or better design. The lobby bathrooms also lacked a main door, and at one point I unfortunately walked by and saw a man using the restroom from the lobby area.

Mia was amazing. She helped me see much as she could. The property is in really bad condition and it smells like mold.

We really like this hotel. We come back every time, it’s perfect to get some sleep and a good breakfast. We like that it’s close to Disney park which is very convenient when you travel with kids and they are tired.

Second time staying in this hotel. I think it’s great for the price and the distance from the parks .The only issue I have is that housekeeping didn’t clean the room they would only take away the trash and restock the towels and soaps.we stayed for a week and our sheets where never replaced nor our beds made. Staff is very friendly and helpful

My husband, my two children and I stayed there and we liked it a lot. Very spacious room, even with two double beds. We had plenty of space. Air conditioning working perfectly. Bathroom suitable for families with children. The sink and toilet are in a good height for children. Hotel very well located. There's a McDonald's next door and it's a 5-minute drive to Walmart. It's also close to the Disney parks, although we went to Seaworld. From there it's 20 minutes depending on the traffic. We are very satisfied and will come back more often. We had difficulty opening the door a few times. The card didn't work. But they provided us with another one promptly. That was boring, but nothing significant. Nothing that negatively interferes with the stay.

The best part of the hotel was the pilots. Check out was not the best experience. I didn’t feel welcome or greet.

This was our first trip to Orlando and we are beyond thrilled with the hotel. We walked in to the lobby and it was immediately so much nicer than a lot of other hotels. We have stayed at previously. Very good vibes. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of my entire family’s trip because there were so many options and every day changed. The beds were very comfortable in the rooms were nice and clean.

We did not stay due to not having power/water No communication that they did not have power and water at the hotel. There was no storm that caused this . It was at the hotel with whatever they had going on.

The Mickey waffles were a hit with the kids. But that was the only thing. The apple juice was watered down. Even after the attendant replacement it, still watery. The room was clean but the floor was a little sticky. Not sure from what. The bathtub was repainted and the paint was pulling off if the sides and corners leaving room for excess water to stay in the peeling paint. The second night, we arrived late and when we pulled back the covers there was a small bright red stain in the middle of the bedsheet. My wife thought it was blood until i reassured her it was only red ink. That was a hard sell. Also, bring your device chargers. This place has no USB connections. Aside from that, the room (426) was nice. The air conditioning was excellent and we didn't see any bugs. Oh, one more thing, my wife had to take cold showers in the morning both days. Apparently no hot water in the mornings. I took a shower at night.

Just spent a week at the hotel with my kids got the family room the bunk beds had a 100lb weight limit so it should should have said toddler beds there was no hot water and the fridge didn’t work they changed our room but there was no improvement I would recommend staying there only if you can’t find anywhere else to stay 😏

There were stains on the walls in the room. The toilet had hair and dirt on the lid and seat. The floor of the restroom had dirt and hair on it. The towels had hair on them. Positive: The staff were friendly. The bus service was a great added amenity. Breakfast was good with staff making waffles.

When we got into our room, the tub was clogged and water would not run. I asked the front staff for help but they were not interested in helping and simply said that there's nothing they could do until the following day. This is a hotel for amusement parks and not having a shower it's not a pleasant experience. The next day, a manager was at the desk and I asked her if the top had been unclogged. She said she wouldn't know and not to hold her accountable if it wasn't. If we cannot hold the manager accountable, who can we? She said that the hotel was under new ownership and they didn't have the necessary night-staff to address emergency issues or available rooms to accomodate guests in this situations. So what if an AC brakes? What if a room floods? This is not good management for a hotel; especially with such disinterested staff without accountability.

Very close to Disney World. Offered a shuttle to the park. Breakfast was great with lots of options too. Little store has options and prices were very good.

Honestly the front staff was super kind but the room and housekeeping was terrible. Upon arrival, the TP was nearly gone. The shampoo/conditioner/soap were all over the counter. We only had four SMALL body towels. No small ones. I asked the next day if housekeeping comes through and they said yes and take out trash...they didn't replace the towels or clean anything up in the room when we returned. Great location and easy parking but really disappointed otherwise.

Our stay was super quick (flew in late and headed to the parks in the morning) and then headed to a diff area in fl. So we didn’t do much but sleep at the hotel. Hotel needs some work and the whole 5th floor was under construction according to signs posted. (We didn’t experience any noise etc but like I said, we weren’t there long) The price, location etc was all great though and after some remodeling I can see this being a really great stay for families/couples who want to enjoy the area. Lots of shops and food within walking distance.

Location, very close to Disney. Staff was very nice. Hotel is very muggy. Bathroom inside room wasn’t very clean. Room was booked for 5 people though it can hold 8- everyday when they came to leave new towels they only left 4. So after a long day at the park we would have to go down every night and get more towels. The one day housekeeping came (which is every 3 or 4 days) they literally only did one bed- left the second queen and didn’t touch it as well as the bunkbeds. They definitely didn’t sweep either so I’m not really sure why they came. Hot tub was broken the entire time nothing anywhere states their hot tub is broken. Only the first day could we make our own waffles (actually a perk not to have to) but if you’re an early riser they haven’t prepared any of the flavored ones yet and no one can be found. The hotel is under renovation though and they seriously need it.

Room set up with the bunkbed separation was great, the beds is another story. The beds were very old and beyond creaky, I couldn’t even turn over since I would risk waking the kids. They were also very lumpy and uncomfortable. Besides that the hotel, breakfast, and shuttle were worth the price and stay.

2 complaints : First was there area around the little pond where the ducks live had all kinds of trash. Second the staff did nothing about the complaints of parents letting their children run up and down the halls until 2am.

Negative-hot tub was filthy and didn’t work. The pool was dirty. Outlets didn’t work, lamps didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work. Key cards didn’t work. Ice machines were down on multiple floors. Shuttle driver was 20 minutes late. We would definitely not stay there again.

Location was great, not much else good to say. Hot water hard to get for showers, shower leaked constantly. Had booking for 5 but always only had 3 towels refreshed. Housekeeping poor, some days nothing made up, other days 1 bed, once we got both, turned into a running joke with family how many would be done each day. Breakfast ok, not alot of choice though. Staff where nice enough though, under new management so hopefully they improve things because i wouldnt recommend

The staff was amazing. So kind and thoughtful. Breakfast was terrific. Eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, mickey waffles, and the usual toast etc. Laundry available. Lots of restaurants around. Property was clean but is older and being remodeled but we never had a disruption. 5 stars especially for staff - they were wonderful!

They are renovating the 5th floor and put us on the 4th. We spent 2 nights and every morning at 7 a.m. they started working and woke us all up. I would stay there again but not so close to the 5th floor.

It not a bad hotel but it’s most definitely a three star hotel , it’s has a lot of potential but it’s currently being renovated so like the rooms are old some of the furniture has rust and the beds aren’t super comfy but it will most definitely be a great hotel when it’s done

We experienced several issues during our stay, including a lack of heating or air conditioning in the room, no toilet paper, and the room was not serviced after we departed. Additionally, there were insufficient blankets. Overall, it was a rather disappointing experience.

I think this hotel will be nice once the renovations are complete. I did appreciate the effort with carpet and paint that was noticible. The bathroom was not great but I won't judge poorly as I'm thinking everything will show improvement within the next year.

Convenience to the attractions was good and proximity to other things to go and do. Did not have hot water most mornings when taking showers, did not get the room I asked for on booking, but the double bed was good so I did not mention it to the front desk.

Went in the room and checked out after 5 minutes of being there. I lost my money for a 3 night stay and went and booked at another hotel. I rather loose the money that sleep there. Hopefully they do something about the place it has good location but horrible conditions.

First time at this hotel and might be the last until the new renovation. The first room I was put in, there was some type of humidifier in the middle of the room. I didn’t think much of it so I took a shower and noticed the water wasn’t going down. The bathroom also had hair from a previous guest so I was already disgusted. About an hour into being in the room, I got a call from the front desk saying we weren’t supposed to be in that room and insinuated there was something wrong with the room. The girl at the front desk was super nice and made sure the third room we got the laced in was up to par. Yes, the third room. The second room had a leak from the mini fridge and there was a puddle of water in the middle of the room. Besides the rooms, we were on the 4th floor and the ice machine didn’t work, I kept having to go to the third floor to get ice, not a huge deal but because of the issues before it just added to the frustration. Breakfast was actually really good, good selection of food, they have a Sushi restaurant which I didn’t get to try but their menu looked great. The jacuzzi was out of service and the pool area didn’t seem clean. Overall I had a good time in the new room, there were so many restaurants around the area so that was a big plus. Had the rooms been cleaner and didn’t have maintenance issues I’d rate it a 5-star.

The place was very run-down and extremely noisy. A couple was having a heated argument that could be heard from down the hall, but no one intervened to address the noise. Kids ran up and down the halls all night. breakfast was so crowded and miserable.

I was supposed to have a room with bunk beds and two queen beds. I ended up with a questionable roll away. Beds weren’t comfortable at all. None of us really got good sleep. Front desk guy was very nice.

Breakfast was horrible. Rooms need to be cleaned better!! When I arrived I could tell that the linens hadn’t been cleaned and changed. Had to ask for clean linen. Water doesn’t get hot, just lukewarm.

Horrible experience. Bathroom leak, broken curtains. I checked out one day before because it was a nightmare. Also, I'm still waiting for the manager's phone call. They told me that I would receive a phone call from the manager, and I still haven't received it.

I was expecting a better hotel. The hotel was dirty and the room would have been cleaner as well. Also I was frustrated because booked a king bed with hotel.com and I didn’t get that. The hotel weren’t help me with that.

This hotel seemed very "patched" up. The bathroom was barely passable. The faucet in the shower was antiquated and was hard to turn off and on. The bed was very mediocre. The lights flickered and the phone didn't work. There was NO ICE on the property. They had ice machines and ice buckets in the room, but no ice anywhere. Wasn't super clean either. Definitely wouldn't stay again.

The staff was friendly, and breakfast was good! Mickey waffles made my trip. The room was clean enough, and the shower would not warm up. But overall great trip. Lovely lobby to read a book in and drink your complimentary coffee. Ten minutes to the DW parks. I will be here again!

Everything was excellent

The cleaning staff kept our room unlocked all day and night while we were at the parks. There was no cleaning or bed made. The breakfast ran out before the time it closed. When we told the staff, they just apologized— we had to ask for help, ask about the parking pass, no help with the shuttle (the staff just knew about what was on the paper), it was a crappy experience overall.

Room needs an upgrade, emphasis on the bathroom. Amenities I wasn’t given a Wi-Fi code. Staff was nice but there’s a gentleman at the lobby seeking a promotion that kept asking us to visit another hotel for free Legoland visit.

Location was great, check in experience was great, the room, that was a let down, the window was slightly broken so could hear all the noise and the draft coming into the room, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and sounded like it was faulty and had to turn that off. The rooms furniture, light fittings etc were blemished with rust and dust, it all looked very dated and a little run down and in need of some investment into refurbishment

The rooms are not as big as the picture looks like also, it’s not pretty. It looks beautiful on Line boat in person. The rooms are old and smelly. The bathrooms are disgusting. The towels are dirty and when you ask for housekeeping to bring a clean towels, it takes an eight hours to bring them up after you call them again. I called housekeeping for fresh clean towels at 9 AM due to that I was sick. Didn’t get anyone to bring me clean towels had to call again at 6 PM and then they came to bring the towels and only gave me two big towels when I asked for four big towels because they’re four people in the room. The lady says OK be back in five hours. never came back very disappointed in the housekeeping. The rooms are nasty and smelly front desk. People are kind of nice. The breakfast area is good that I could say was as expected. I would not stay here again. Also, when taking a shower, the hot water takes long to get hot and when turning off the water, you have to make sure you turn it really tight. If not, it drips all night bathrooms are super small.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel is very close to Magic Kingdom where we went. The breakfast had a large selection and was constantly being restocked. The only downside is that the Disney shuttle leaves late so we didn't utilitze it because we wanted to get there right when the park opens. Otherwise we had no issues and everything was great!

Room was ok , the curtains and the bed frame were dirty. The pillows were really weird shaped and saggy, very uncomfortable. The tan blanket were dirty and had dead bed bugs on them as well as two live ones crawling on the white sheets. Linen could of been better

Definitely an old hotel that needs refurbishing. Stayed four nights, we arrived after midnight. Toilet was clogged upon arrival, told front desk in the morning on our way out. We returned to the room after 10pm, toilet was still clogged. I went ahead and jumped in the shower. The individual that came to unclog toilet was rude, told my husband he got off at 11pm (it was 10:57), if I didn’t get out of the shower he would be clocking out and we would be out of luck. So I got out with soap in my hair for the toilet to be fixed. Surprise, it wasn’t fixed. This continued our entire stay until my husband just asked for the plunger himself on our last night. I did not really expect much with the low price point, but I did expect the facilities to be in working order. Overall, things were pretty dirty and you could tell upkeep was never a priority. Breakfast was decent, not much variety. Also disgusted on check out day, we were using the restroom downstairs before hitting the road and one of the ladies serving breakfast came in and used the restroom, then left without washing her hands.

The double room was good but the toilet when you flushed it it would keep running water and the shower when you turned it off it wouldn’t stop dripping. All in all was a very good stay

The first night bathroom tub was broke. Running water all night, and the toilet was broke. The curtain wouldn’t close all the way and the pool spotlight shined like a spotlight all night. Once I moved rooms the next day it was much better except the people on my floor. 12-1am running kids and loud people talking Spanish on speaker on the phone up and down the hall. Didn’t sleep much my 4 nights there, but it was a decent place for the price. I was there on business not pleasure.

The pool was so dirty I wouldn't even stick a toe in it. It was very disappointing. There was a gooey film floating around the edge. The only thing the house keepers did the entire time we were there is replace towels and empty trash. The paperwork said they would clean every 3 days. That did not happen.

The room I was given smelled awful. The sheets had a very strange odor, and the floor was dirty. When I took a shower, I could actually feel water trapped underneath the bathtub liner, which was incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant. It was also extremely noisy. I could hear the chaos outside on the street as well as everything happening in the neighboring room. On top of that, the property looks nothing like the photos shown online, which feels very misleading and should be considered false advertising. Honestly, I don’t understand how Expedia allows places like this to be promoted on their platform.

Let me be clear, the front desk staff os TOP TIER. I read all the reviews and was sketched out about staying here for Valentines and my girlfriends birthday (yup 14th and 15th shenanigans). The room was clean the bed not super soft not super hard, but comfortable enough, the shower and bathroom were very clean. We did have some issues with housekeeping but thr feont desk staff were all more than ready to help. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to tell my love happy birthday. The breakfast was actually fairly decent it was a hot buffet with 3 character waffle makers (guess which mouse.. lol), eggs, potatoes,and meat.... we would have liked bacon over sausage everyday but it was stull good. They have a yogurt station, breads and pastries, cereal, juice and coffee... lots to choose from... i gave them a 4 only because housekeeping didn't even tey to help my beautiful lady and the jacuzzi was a little scary looking lol... but we still got in... there is coffee always ready in the main lobby, they have a gift shop and have easy access to almost everything you need in minutes. We wiuld stay here again for sure!!

My best friend and I want to say thank you for having us! We really enjoyed the room – it felt safe and clean due to having no carpets and the beds were really comfortable. We even had a microwave and fridge for all of our leftovers. The staff was so friendly! We really loved having the free breakfast each morning and a sushi restaurant on site, and being walkable to hibaci and the shops. We got to eat our favorite foods. We will be returning next year and really look forward to seeing the renovation. Staff even offered to help us with our booking, so that we get an affordable rate. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

this room had rust color behind the bathroom door and the water for the bathtub/shower was scorching hot if you wanted more than a trickle for water pressure. nobody from house keeping came in to give fresh towels or clean during our stay. so i had to get the pool towels to use for showers. the sushi restaurant attached to the hotel i can easily say the food was amazing. but when i tried to clarify the price for their all u can eat sushi i kept being told 7.99$ for 2 people. i was told by 2 people. but when i got the bill for the 4 of us. it was 159$. so when asked again about 7.99 they said they told me 79.90$. i would not put this hotel on your web site.

Shuttle service was terrible

When we pulled into the parking lot there were several spots where there was glass from car break ins. The carpet smelled awful in the hallways and rooms. The room itself was really dirty. Our door did not completely shut. Someone was given the same key as ours and came into the room in the middle of day. Overall just did not feel safe during our stay.

Staff was great. From what I understand the place is in line for renovation and it's needed. Some has already been done though a pet peeve of mine is sloppy painting. Not removing door knobs (ect) is inexcusable thus paint is on those and outlet. There are a lot of places on 192 thats been around awhile and this is one of them. Easily worth the price though. We just sleep there for one night and it's fine. Breakfast was good and location is great.

Me and my family of 6 adored this hotel! We are kind of hotel snobs because we’re passholders to a lot of parks and we stay at hotels quite frequently- this one was great!! We often stay on site at the parks but for the price of this hotel we figured we’d give it a try. My kids said it’s their new favorite actually! lol they loved the Mickey waffles and bunk beds in the room! The only thing I’d change would be to have a tv in the bunk room area so the kids could watch tv in their beds after a long day at the parks !

Hotel is transitioning from Comfort Inns and Suites to The Adventure Hotel....and then apparently to a Marriot according to the person at the desk. Desk person was very nice and helped all she could. The condition of the hotel, however, was run down, sad, and dilapidated.

Room was good. Staff was good. Location was awesome. Hot tub wasn’t working even after asking about it 3 times in 11 days and was the main reason we stayed here for the 3rd time. Unfortunately that was a deal breaker and we won’t be staying again

Me and my family really loved our stay. The highlight was the staff and the breakfast. The staff were very helpful and nice. The hot breakfast was great which consisted of Micky waffles, sausages, eggs, and hash browns. There were also other things such as cereal yogurt, etc. The free shuttles to the theme parks (Universal and Disney) were very convenient. Everything is near. Shops and restaurants such as Burlington, Target, Walmart, Ross, Olive Garden, Taco Bell, Chick Fil A, McDonald’s and so much more were very close by and only a walk between 5-35 minutes. The only downside I would say is that the rooms were kind of outdated with wear and tear but I can see that there are some updates going on around the property so hopefully that’ll be fix in the future. Overall it was a good experience.

The stay was great people there were very nice and helpful especially Armando he is very nice. Breakfast was good especially because it saves you time and money and also the good detail of having fresh free coffe at any time at the lobby area was very convenience, the rooms simple but the bed was comfortable, the only suggestion is that for long stays the cleaning needs to be more efficient and often, the hotel looks in general clean and we love the location it was a great stay.

The property is clearly old and poorly maintained. The floors were sticky, which was very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was extremely disappointing — it felt like it was done just for the sake of it. Beds were not properly made, and the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance ruined the experience. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

The hotel breakfast was the worst I’ve tried so far; honestly, I didn’t even feel like having breakfast. When we entered the room, the bedside lamps were greasy and the shower wasn’t completely clean. On the other hand, the receptionist was very helpful and kind.

The location was good very close to all the Disney Parks. The Room could use some upgrades with regards to bathroom as shower curton didn't fit was too small and didn't have a liner could used more of a curved shower liner rod to give you a bit more space, a removable shower head also would have been nice. Towels were delievered daily, however sheets were not changed daily. Breakfast was good had eggs except for 3/7 days and pillows need to be replaced, the bed itself was good, but also more hangers were needed and more drawers for 2 people was needed. We were under the impression it was Comfort Inn, but I believe ownership has changed as if you look at Google Maps, "Comfort Inn" has been changed to "Closed Permitally" so not quite sure who the new owners are, unless its a private ownership not under a name brand. However, they did said they were going to do some room updates.

After check-in, our room had water all over the floor, the manager gave us another room. The duvet cover was dirty, the comforter had pink stains, there were bugs behind the TV stand, and the ironing board was broken, I had to use it on the ground. We roughed it out, but will not go back to this particular hotel.

Locks has to be changed cox several times we insert the key card an it won’t open. WiFi wasn’t working for the entire stay. Put better soaps in the bathrooms for bathing than the hand soaps. Where the pool and jacuzzi was had a very bad stench I couldn’t even use it

Cheap stay with a decent breakfast and multiple food options nearby. Staff was friendly with an easy check-in and check-out. Unfortunately, the room just looked like it needed an upgrade and maintenance, not just housekeeping cleaning. You can hear everything in hallways and rooms next door and we encountered three roaches throughout the duration of our stay. One on the table, one in the restroom tub and one in the drawer between the beds. We ignored it to try and enjoy our trip but were uncomfortable. Would not recommend this property to family or friends and would not stay again.

The hotel was bought out by different ownership 2 days before we arrived. Interesting situation, no complications but there were obvious gray areas from acquisition.

The hotel is very run down and is in need of a refurbishment. The bathroom was really gross with rust around the doors and overall not very clean. There was 4 of us in the room and when the towels were replaced, we only kept getting 1 wash cloth. Staff was nice otherwise. Picture on booking screen was no where close to the room we got.

The hotel is in rough shape, the rooms are very dated and in the 8 days we stayed there not once did they change the bed sheets or make the beds. They would come in, empty the trash and leave new towels and that was it. Nothing else was touched. Our toilet wouldn’t even flush and when we told them, they said they would ask maintenance to check it out, nothing happened. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel, especially in our room. Breakfast was mediocre at best, it was the same thing every single day with the exception of one day when we got something different. Overall it was not a good experience, the only plus was the location to Disney, other than that we did not enjoy our stay and would never recommend this place to anyone.

The room was filthy. Upon arrival, found clothing tags on floor and stuck to the wall. The bathroom was disgusting with strands of hair left in the tub, toilet and sink area. Rust every where.. we had to wipe down the bathroom after complaining on night 1 ourselves because no housekeepingnis available on site after certain hours. On our last night we had to change rooms because we came back to find a puddle of watee that leaked from the broken fridge.

I woke up to roaches crawling on the wall. I took pictures, showed them to the front desk. I was told I would get a phone call from the manager and I haven’t yet! This is ridiculous. I need a refund! This place is terrible!

Breakfast is good beds are comfortable kids like the bunk bed with a king size bed. Room is clean they give you extra towles toilet paper ect. Walking distance to a few places and close to disney.

When we got to our room we quickly noticed it was nothing like the pictures or descriptions online. The chair in the room was all scratched up on the leather, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom the bathtub drain plug was tossed in the tub instead of covering the hole of the drain. The refrigerator, microwave and tv were not even plugged in, if we wanted to plug them in we had to move the dresser away from the wall. It was just overall a bad experience we would never stay there again

Hotel looks nice on the outside, but the inside was gross and grungy looking. Upon walking into the lobby a child was twirling a bathroom plunger around and then they had her vacuuming the rugs. There was hair left in our sheets from the previous guest. The air conditioner had a leak so water pooled on our floor. Glad we only spent one night. If we were not checking in at midnight with 3 little kids that were already fussy we would had canceled or requested a new room.

I’ll start with the only real positive: the staff was very friendly. This is a dated hotel that has not been maintained well in the slightest. It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t nice, either. We were woken up at 5:30 AM to a box truck being unloaded directly out our window. It was so loud and so disruptive, we were both awake. It’s dingy, and the bed was very uncomfortable. This was fine for a quick one night stay after a late flight before moving onto our Disney resort but would not recommend for anything longer than that.

The shower in the room ran the entire time, the knob was tight and it continues to run. The toilet cover did not fit on the tank. The staff was ran by the same woman day and night and she was not friendly. She would look at her computer instead of at me. She couldn’t get me extra soap or shampoo on the 2nd night of my stay because it was locked up. And there was a very young girl that checked us in (maybe 10-11 years old).

1-With the Hotel 2-With Expedia The day before, I tried to cancel my reservation due to circumstances beyond my control, and despite having paid for the protection, they wouldn't refund my deposit. I find this very unfair, and I don't understand why I pay for protection.

The room, staff and the amenities could be improved. The room was clean but very noisy. We could hear every cough, sneeze and footstep all night. The size of the room was fantastic but updates are needed. We were not impressed by the staff. We arrived at 2:15 and were told we would have to pay to check in before 3. The staff said we could come back at 2:45. We had our two year old with us and would have really appreciated being able to check in 30 min early. Our experience was very reflective of what we paid but I would rather just spend a little more for an enhanced weekend.

We weren't able to use the tv due to us not having a remote control. We spoke to maintenance and he kept coming in to check and he would just say let me bring a remote and then wouldn't come back and then we would call him again and he would say the same thing. We told the front desk about this at 9am and it was never fixed. This happen a total of 3 times. The bath towels were dirty. The floor behind the bathroom wasnt cleaned. We felt very ignored by staff

The check-in experience was terrible. The room key didn’t work at all, and despite multiple attempts, the staff provided no real solution. They were unhelpful and even misled me about the manager being unavailable. The hotel smelled bad and looked dirty from the entrance. Because of this, we never entered the room and immediately decided to leave and book another hotel the same night.

The receptionist who checked me in was rude and unprofessional. I am in a wheelchair and she greeted everyone who was in front of me hello but when it was my turn after waiting in line over 30 minutes when I asked a question instead of answering in a complete sentence she shook her head as if to imply I was deaf. The tv had only had two channels when I called front desk the operator stated I will send maintenance and hung up in my face before I could say anything else. The front desk aced as if comfort inn dislike handicapped. The elevator in the far left wasn’t working and she said nothing my family and I lost time thinking it did. The ice machine on the 4th floor didn’t work at all. Your rooms are not equipped for a wheelchair. In addition to calling corporate I intend to notify the department of disability how this hotel discriminate against the disable. I was treated horribly as I watched others be treated with kindness. I don’t plan on ever staying at this hotel.

We stayed here for one night, and it worked for us- the room was clean and we felt safe. The property is in poor condition, though. The drywall had cracks throughout, the bathroom was dated, and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast wasn’t very good, and there weren’t many options. We will probably choose somewhere else next time, but if you’re in a pinch it is an okay place to stay.

Breakfast was very good, and those Mickey Mouse waffles, so yummy! Room was good. The listing said it had a laptop size safe in each room, however, our room did not. Rooms are a good size. ( we had two queen beds) We just found the bathroom very small. The cruises we go on, our staterooms have bigger bathrooms, however , this wouldn't detour us from staying here again. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked Comfort Inn in Kissimmee for a family Disney weekend. On day two, after requesting housekeeping, a black pouch with personal items went missing from my room and my key was suddenly deactivated. When I went to the desk, Dawn rolled her eyes, dismissed me, and told me, “there must be something wrong with you, you’re on drugs.” This was completely false and inappropriate. I calmly asked why my key was disabled and where my belongings went, but she refused to help. Another staff member said, “don’t engage with him,” making me feel targeted. When I began recording for my safety, they focused on telling me not to film instead of addressing the issue. Police were called, and without hearing my side, I was trespassed. I was escorted to pack my things and forced to leave with all my luggage. My brother arrived in tears because he couldn’t understand how this could happen to a paying guest simply reporting missing items. I was told I’d be refunded and even given a printed reimbursement sheet, but later told to contact Expedia myself and received nothing. As a Canadian traveler and a gay person visiting the U.S., I felt unsafe, humiliated, and unwelcome. No guest should ever be treated like this. UPDATE: After leaving, I discovered my black iPhone 15 (backup phone) is also missing. I’ve now filed an updated police report because the first was not properly submitted. This hotel needs to be investigated immediately.

Roaches!! Big and little ones. Immediately packed up and left and hope I didn’t bring any with me. The staff acted as if it was a normal experience. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. The fridge did not cool and toilet did not flush. I smelled marijuana throughout the building. Big mistake with this rundown place and it should be inspected or shutdown.

We did not bother for the pool or hot tub, but it all looked in disrepair anyway. We don't try to stay here, but will when everything else is sold out.

We have traveled four hours from our house for a once in a life time family vacation only to arrive at a hotel room that was horrible. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold, which is life threatening as we were staying here with a young child and an elderly woman, the shower was in horrible conditions, and the AC did not work it would repeatedly turn off leaving us in a stuffy room terribly uncomfortable with a two year old little girl. We are beyond disgusted with the conditions we found at this hotel and it goes without saying we will not be returning ever again.

This facility was very dirty and in various stages of disrepair. Checked in after a long day at the Disney park only to find a toilet in our room not working. Water was all over the floor and coming up through the laminate in the main space. Front desk was rude. Told us no other rooms were avaliable and sent up the maintenance guy. He arrived with some towels and used the towels in our room to mop up tbe water. No Disinfectant....nothing. After grabbing my belongings and leaving the room, the front desk relented and gave us another room. The rooms at this hotel are dirty and there are patchy fixes everywhere. The elevator was filty. Almost asked for a refund and ready to just leave.

The a/c sounded like a machine gun every time it came on, the room was damp, and my partner cut his toe on the threshold of bathroom. Filled out an incident report w the front desk. Breakfast area had very few choices and dark seating area. Not happy at all!

We don't know exactly what happened, but we did a reservation weeks ago, and when we arrived at the hotel they said Hotels.com did a mistake and they didn't have our room, they sold out and we were in the street without a room and trying to find another hotel until 12:30 AM. They didn't even try to compensate the mistake and a sorry only wasnt enough for what we were feeling scare in the street and without reservation, we will never make a reservation with them again

They didn’t have a room for us and refused to give us a refund

I had made my reservation 4 days prior and gotten multiple confirmation emails. Then drove 2 hours and had an exhausting day, went to check in that night and the front desk lady says that all reservations made through third parties had been cancelled due to full booking. She then tells me that all of Kissimmee is probably booked out, and basically says "Call Expedia, sorry." No other attempt of compensation or relocation. I was not made aware of this cancellation at all, neither through email or text or call. Hotel said it was the third party's responsibility to notify me, while Expedia says it was the hotel's responsibility. Either way I am the only one that got screwed over in the end. And lastly, I had to fight to get in contact with a customer support agent through Expedia's difficult machine controlled phone call, then waited what felt like almost 30 minutes to get my refund, all the while sitting miserable in this hotel's parking lot at 11pm.

Dirty rooms

The location was perfect for our needs. Starting the day with a hot breakfast was an added bonus. The staff was great and very helpful. Also, I love that they had a gift shop in the lobby and it was a very warm and inviting lobby with plenty of seating. Our room was spacious and had plenty of storage options. I would definitely stay here again.

Lisa went above and beyond helping us with the problem, and even we didnt get the room we reserve, it was all good becuase we only wanted a room to sleep after a 4 hour drive. Room: Terrible odor in the room, almost like a pet had been in the room. The carpet was replaced with tiles, but I still wore shoes while in the room due to a slippery film on the floor. The bed frame is old and made a very loud popping sound when I got out of the bed. The lamp shades were stained and had holes in them. One night when I was sleeping, someone tried to get into my room. If I had not deadbolted the lock, they would have had access. I asked the front desk about it the next day, and they said the night staff probably gave a guest the wrong key/room when checking in. I asked if they have cameras on the floors, and they said the security cameras were taken out by the hurricane and they never replaced them. They also said they would check with the night staff to see what happened and let me know, but I never heard from them. Breakfast: Basic continental breakfast. There were not many guests during my stay, so the bread products were getting stale. The milk machine is no longer used, so they had a half full gallon of milk sitting on the counter. I overheard a guest tell the breakfast girl that the milk was warm and expired. I’m not sure what she said, but the milk was not replaced. The hotel is convenient to the parks but is very run down and in much need of renovation. I will never stay at this hotel again unless it is renovated/improved.

Here is what we encountered just in our room: -cracked wall behind shower -varying degrees of hot water- and no hot water on our check out day -wet smell -ring around the toilet bowl -rusted pipes around the toilet -old paint behind the toilet -rusted sink stopper -malfunctioning television The hotel also has a very weird rule that you cannot take food out of the breakfast area. But the issue is that the breakfast room was hotter than hades. It felt like a sauna in there. We would not stay at this hotel again.

No, my purses was stole, and it only because i call the police that evening to report my purses stolen. That said night someone knocked on my door by the time i got to the door my purse was on the floor in the hallway. The manager daughter sitting on top of the front desk, nasty place.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel.

I read reviews and there were so many good ones so I booked. My daughter later messaged me that she scrolled a lot further and found a ton of bad reviews. I could handle a dated hotel but not the filth and chaos. Upon checking in the front desk staff seemed annoyed. She then proceeded to tell me that they had been swamped and she every time she tried to order dinner a flood of people would come to check in which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. Like I was inconveniencing her by trying to check in. She then starts to check me in and very loudly says card declined. I thought that she was talking about the person that had checked in before me because I had pre paid through Expedia. She then told me that she was having issues with the card Expedia sends them (embarrassing me again). After a very long check in process we got to out room, the door had a gap when closed, there was hair and toothpaste in the bathroom (which was clearly not cleaned) and the room was supposed to sleep 6. The bunk beds had a weight limit of 125 pounds. None of us would shower and couldn't wait to leave. Breakfast was chaos, too many people, not enough places to sit, and we all felt like we were going to end up sick from the food (we did not thankfully). It was mass chaos and we were so glad to leave. We will not be back.

Elevators. Little old and outdated, one smelled a little funny. 5th floor stay; room was pretty clean. TVs a little outdated, especially if you plan on hanging out in the room. We really just showered and slept there. Parking was nice, I was able to see our car from our room window. Breakfast could use some more variety. Like some fresh fruit would have been nice, or berries or something for the yogurt. The waffles were however delicious. Impressed by the vending machine on floor 5. It was nice to have a variety of snack options for purchase. The little gift shops was perfect in the hotel. Got the cutest little hat, and it was affordable.

The property looked deserted when I reach. It was really not what I expected. The chairs in the room had rust on it. I bearly got hot water. The bathrooms are very small. Over all in some places look like the hotel was being renovated!!! The best thing on the property is the sushi restaurant it was very good and the staff was very friendly!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The pictures on the website and the actual hotel were two totally different places. They had signs everywhere saying excuse our mess because they were remodeling. The remodel was clearly due to a major flood/water leak somewhere. The place reeked of mildew. They had dehumidifiers going everywhere. In the room, outlets didn’t work, lights didn’t work. The lamp plugs were superglued into the walls. The back of the toilet tank lid was too small and belonged on another toilet. We had to ask for new sheets because the bedding was not changed prior to our stay. They never gave us enough towels for the amount of people the room was booked for. The breakfast was very basic and not good at all. Definitely little to no effort put in there. The cleanliness of this place was horrendous. We couldn’t get out of there quick enough! I should’ve gone with my gut and checked out the second I checked in and gotten a better hotel! Comfort Inn do better!

My room was clean, front desk staff was friendly. The only drawback, which was a major one was that I was on the 4th floor where cleaning staff were loud and yelling throughout the day. I think the laundry room must be on that floor. I was awoken early the 3 days I stayed. Plus housekeeping knocked on my door every morning before 9am then entered. Which I did not like at all.

Comfort Inn is a place we truly recommend. Our first reservation was back in 2012, and after 13 years we decided to return. The hotel has managed to keep the same charm it had back then. Disney parks are relatively close, which makes it very convenient. They even offer a breakfast buffet; we didn’t try it because we wanted to get to the parks early, but it’s definitely a nice option. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would gladly book again.

The front desk( fellow Brooklynite) and cleaning staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again

Everything was fine and serviceable for our night. Shower head did not spray well and either needed replaced or cleaned. Tub drained slow. Bathroom overall just needed some TLC. Otherwise the room was great. Breakfast being included was great but very limited which is challenging for those with restrictions.

The hotel was extremly run down. Rooms smelled of mold. Front desk help were rude and the $20 per night resort fee was not explained as a good reason. Would never stay there, even if you paid me

Bathtub, sink, and toilet clogged. Cold water, dirt, and unpleasant odors. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Old and poorly maintained.

Honestly solved our problem but felt so uncomfortable and unsafe staying here the staff is great and so helpful but over all the cleanliness was so poor hairs in bed the shower was clogged and overall not very clean.

The beddings were dingy and bathroom sink had a leak. The staff took care of the situation.
