Featuring contemporary Balinese décor, Jay's Villa Umalas offer spacious villas with a private pool and a living room area. Free shuttle services to Echo Beach and Seminyak area are provided based on schedule. Located in the resort area of Umalas, Jay's Villa Umalas is just a 15-minute drive to Seminyak Beach and is close to Seminyak’s shopping and entertainment district. Ngurah Rai International Airport is only a 25-minute drive away. Villas are equipped with a flat-screen TV in the living room as well as the bedrooms, a DVD player, and a mini-bar. Private bathrooms come with a bathtub, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Jay's Villa Umalas operates a 24-hour front desk, which can assist with airport transfers, laundry and ironing services. Guests can enjoy pampering massages at its spa. Providing free private parking, car and bike rentals can also be arranged. Serving Asian and Mediterranean dishes, the restaurant offers BBQ dinner and live acoustic performance every Friday. Alternatively, guests can order room service. Staff was amazing! Even offered late check out , and the location was amazing ! Less traffic Broken down shower and toilet ( bad smell every morning )b , empty kitchen ,no plates , no cutlery , they charged us for the IRON too , they provided us breakfast but we never got the chance to have it as it was always surrounded by ants , property was not worth the money at all , asides from the staff the

Staff are lovely but very disorganised. For one to another. from the construction from early morning until 10pm sometimes later! The mould in the showers and water flooding, to toilets that didn't flush and air condition that didn't work! towels looked dirty grey to almost black, didn't smell clean. Had amaintaince person in villa for an entire day pulling the roof down and painting, We order room service to room and paid cash then we're asked to pay again on departure. Airport transfer were included in package however tried to charge again and then were told that the transfer back to airport wasn't their company. The place is run down and far from what the photo suggest.

The place is very run down and has not been looked after. clear the owners of the property are no interested in doing an working to keep in in a good condition. Not the fault of the staff – they were very pleasant and friendly The door to our room that lead into the bathroom didn’t lock and some sort of makeshift straw was put in one of the doors to attempt to lock it in place which didn’t work. The wind would just blow the doors open. The space is huge and has so much potential but the attention to detail hugely lacking. The curtain in the bedroom didn't even pull all the way along so you had a huge gap allowing light in the morning. The wood around the bed is all chipped and breaking same with the door leading to the bedroom. The pool itself looked dirty and the tiles very grubby. The fridge and kitchen area similar state. Wouldn’t stay here again

Large villa with plenty of space, staff were very helpful and approachable and had a good working aircon. It was a bit run down and the choice of river stones in the bathroom floor makes it hard to keep clean from hair. The orientation of the pool and width of the pool with surrounding roofs meant there was a small window for direct sunlight if planning to sunbath.

The staff was very helpful and friendly all the time and did their best. The bed was comfortable. The first thing you see when you arrive is the busted sign of Jays Villas. Everything is in desperate need of renovation and cleaning! The fan at the reception was covered in dust. The water installation around the reception was basically just mud. We had Villa 11. The door did not open properly. Insects everywhere. Dirty walls, really disgusting and filthy toilet on the ground floor. The couch was busted, probably made in the 1970s and it hurt to sit on it. The pool was dirty. Dead insects floating all over the water surface and the fountain did not work. There was mold all over the white outside walls at the pool. The stairs lead to two doors, one was the bedroom, the other one was a 2x4m room full of dirty laundry with a vomit inducing smell of moldy wet cloth. The bathroom was filthy, moldy, and limescale everywhere. All the lounge furniture close to the pool and in the bedroom had stains of unknown source on it that made you want to avoid touching them. Villa 10 was empty, no water in the pool but still some trash lying around. Villa 12 seemed to be close to what was advertised.

There was an upstairs and downstairs. It was so unclean, dirty and didn’t have a kitchen. Everything looks so worn. I feel like I wasted my money.

I like the location and the facilities weee great The lack of food, we ordered 4 things on the menu including Bintang and they didn’t have anything except nasi gorent and omelette

The cleanliness of the villa was not as per photos (pool dirty, shower drainage) the villa is much older than the photos, still pretty good for the price.

The property is set at a very quite area which I love. Privacy was top notch and to my surprise the staff was awfully helpful in every sense. As it’s quite to nature easily attracts ants and bugs, just keep your items well wrapped or stored.
