"I really enjoyed my time at Umalas Suites. The suite itself was very comfortable with a great AC and a massive bathroom. It’s located in a quieter part of the area, which is perfect for a good night's sleep. Pros: Extremely helpful staff, spacious layout, and a very chilled-out pool. And Very good Breakfast. Cons: The building is starting to show a little bit of age in some spots, but the cleanliness and service more than makes up for it. If you want to be right on the beach, this might be a bit of a trek, but if you want a spacious 'home base' between Canggu and Seminyak, this is the spot."

It’s such a lovely, atmosphere of feeling at home. The staff is so friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast is from 7am which helps with an early start in Bali. Wonderful place to stay and good location central to shopping & restaurants! Nothing. All ?

The staff are super friendly and helpful, ensuring that checkin is easy and there is always someone around to help you if needed. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue, with rooms cleaned daily, but not cleaned very well. This extends to the common areas, which look a bit tired and need a good clean.

A separate room was permeated with a moldy smell, it’s unclear how they could have accommodated guests in it. They refused to change it, the next day they treated the mold in the closets, but the smell did not completely disappear. I do not recommend it.

It was my first time in Bali during this 4 days and 3 nights trip. Each day, I stayed in different hotels/ villas in different locations to experience different accomodations and have more options when I return on my next Bali trip. I stayed in the Umalas Suites on my last night and it was the best accommodation so far I experienced in Bali. Very quiet place and only few rooms and you can really relax. The room was huge and the pool was great. I captured alot of photos and videos and even made reels. Another plus here is the very generous and delicious breakfast. Salute to the staff. The location is not that good compared to the other accommodations I stayed in but I did not encounter long waiting time to get a grab or gojek car / motorbike.
