The location The staff compare to other hotels were not friendly. When we checked in,after one hour we left the room for lunch and when we came back I saw in my baby camera that staff without our permission came to our room which was scary. I mentioned that to the reception and they said this is usual for room service to come to refill things. Howere it was at the same day we checked in and only one hour after our checked in. I never go back to alila , I was happy just for one night we stayed there.

Nothing When I checked into the hotel, I was asked to pay a security deposit of around 2 million rupiah. I paid the amount, and they assured me that it would be refunded within 14 days. Today marks 18 days, and I still have not received my refund. Every time I contact them, they repeat the same response, saying it will be returned within 14 days. When I explain that 18 days have already passed, they simply repeat the same statement without any clear solution. This has been a very disappointing experience. The service is poor, the process is frustrating, and the staff do not seem to understand customer concerns. Booking this hotel was a big mistake.

Incredible hotel by the sea- the facilities, the pool, the service, the food, the amazing breakfast, yoga and tai chi offerings. Loved it all! I would come back in a heart beat!

Nothing Absolutely terrible experience – would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay was beyond disappointing, and I am demanding at least a 50% refund for the following reasons: 1. Horrible hygiene standards – we found dirty towels with lipstick stains on them, clearly used by someone else. I never used them, yet they were left in the room. 2. There were worms/insects in the bathroom and shower area. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. 3. My sister was injured due to broken tiles in the swimming pool area. She had to undergo surgery and get stitches in her foot – this was 100% the hotel’s fault due to negligence. 4. The balcony was full of insects, making it unusable. 5. Non-stop construction noise every single night. We were not informed about this in advance, and when we complained, the hotel staff denied it—even though we could clearly see and hear the construction right in front of us! This was a health hazard, an unsafe environment, and a complete lack of professionalism from hotel management. I strongly advise others to stay away from this property.
