Everything. Couldn't get extra pillows. Cost extra to use the pool, that was broken the 2nd day, and the Continental breakfast. There was a deposit required at check in, not notified of this before hand. No hot tub that was advertised on the website.

Property was clean and staff very friendly. Property is very dated and in need of repair.

Staff very nice and helpful. Room and general building very run down. Broken toilet in room. Things being held together with duct tape -- literally.

It has bugs which pretty sure were roaches and bedbugs checked out as soon we e checked in and seen room

They demanded $100 cash to stay at the room and I didn't have it to give them. They didn't say nothing until after I booked it and then did not refund me. Also the front desk manager was rude and wouldn't refund me or put my card on hold in case of damages. Definitely never stay there again.

I wasn't informed of the deposit I've rented units for weeks nvr had to put a deposit down if i didn't have the $ on my card i would've list my room & money now it's been almost 2 days still no refund terrible service

They also advertise breakfast, but there was none at all. On top of that, the bathroom door didn’t even close all the way. Overall, not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room had a blanket in it that was thinner than paper on the bed. The bathroom sink was cracked. There were questionable stains on the walls in the bathroom. It’s cheap motel at its finest

Room wasnt cleaned well at all we had to ask for a broom to sweep the linoleum floors they were filthy not to mention the pool was drained and looked lile it had been for years. And the water damage to the first floor was so bad you could smell mold.
