The staff it's amazing specifically the night manager Mrs Patricia Harley Umbelivable trying to accommodate any needs or wishes you might have. Very friendly and welcoming business, family kids and pets

TV didn't work, floors made my socks black and I ran out of soap and they never came to refill it. Upon check in I found a pill on the floor next to the bed.

Good for 1 night stay.

Lot was clean. Had to park a distance from our room. Room was fine. My wife wants the bathroom mirror. My problem was the TV did not work.

The gentleman who checked me in was very difficult to understand. Person checking out was easy to understand (younger person).

Close to another hotel I needed smoke free and someone was standing outside the room door smoking and tossing ashes over the railing.

Location The tenant next door was really loud.

Breakfast could have been better. But they opened the pool for my boys which was great. I still havent recieved my deposit back

The soap dispensers were empty, the chair in the room was filthy.

Friendly staff, not the best motel but not the worst. My Tv remote didn’t work but that’s about my only complaint.

Bathroom light was not working. The security deposit was not refunded as of today.

Breakfast was meager. Small muffins, only orange juice . No one was @ the front desk. I had to knock on the windows, call out, waited awhile. Checking out was same thing. Tried to call, would not go thru. Waited, knocked on windows, called out, paged the staff. Went back to my room to call again. Same thing h as opened. Went back to lobby and someone showed up. All this for a receipt!

Had to change rooms cause it smelled like smoke. Walked in and cleaning supplies and rags were left out on the bed

Fridge did work,no ice, floor was dirty

Staff was aggressive not professional and repeated negative policies repeatedly. And suggested that I cancel my stay….
