Good for solo travelers. Honestly would not feel safe with kids or if you’re traveling alone as a female. Staff did not want to be there - that’s kind of the vibe I got. Place was worth staying for the breakfast and cook was friendly with good energy.

Room was clean and cool air worked well. Ground areas need some work to make it more appealing. The dryer vent on the outside of the building is in need of serious cleaning before there is a fire. I'm glad I was able to bring in my small dog. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast could have been bigger but the one guy was doing his best. He could use a helper.

The pool was really neat and my teenagers had a great time. The room and bathroom was mediocre but livable.

Comfy beds & pillows. Breakfast definitely needs more options.

Room had old pizza on floor under bed we found

Conveniently located. Quiet

Multiple entrances to the hotel had their keycard lock broken and had to walk around to the other doors to enter. This hotel does not have an elevator, so be prepared to carry all of your luggage up a flight of stairs. The area around the pool has a bunch of dust and other trash on the ground that stick to your feet. There was also a mysterious white substance around the pool area; which we later figured out that it was bird droppings from the pigeon that we saw flying around.

Awkward.

In speaking with locals and business around the property it was mentioned that this property had a really bad issue with bed bugs in the past and that tweaker (drug addict) stayed at this property. I only stayed one night and checked out. I think they put on a isolated floor and I felt i could be in danger and no once would know. I did not see cameras in the hallway so I felt very unsafe.

We got a suite and it was nice. The breakfast was good but not as good as years ago, with no omelets or hash browns any more . But it's free so I can't complain too much. Pool area is still beautiful but I miss the hot tub. I like that it's walking distance to Whiskey Creek, one of my favorite restaurants. I've been going there for 45 years, through different ownerships and still enjoy it.

horrible and they only have double beds.

The pool had no filtration the water was not moving. Room was ok for the price. The staff we only saw the front clerk unattentable, couldn'tanswer any questions

There as a fire at 2:00 AM that was nowhere near Any of the rooms and they evacuated us anyway, even after it was contained. Then there was absolutely no attempt or offer to reimburse me for my room or offer a free night in the future. Terrible customer service.

This hotel is huge. They have updated some of it. But there’s a lot they haven’t. Our room was huge. Lots of space. But there’s bathroom was tiny.

Room was decent, hotel condition was okay - it was clear work needed to be done in certain areas. I stayed for 4 nights and my room wasn’t serviced once. I used hand soap to shower for 3 of the 4 nights cause I didn’t realize it was available at the front desk (I guess rookie move on me). Through the night there was a loud bang from the wind blowing the broken sign outside. I stayed alone, but wouldn’t feel safe having my family stay there. Staff was friendly, but very low energy. Best part was breakfast, service was great and he had an upbeat energy. You could tell he was happy to be there. Overall, wouldn’t recommend if you’re planning a long stay unless you’re truly tight on funds.

The bathroom and shower was very tight quarters and the shower tub was small. The shower head was low and I couldn't adjust the shower head. The room door had a large gap at the bottom thus letting in a lot of hallway guest noises. Ground maintenance was tacky at best. I won't be back.

Location The property is in very poor condition all around. It needs a complete remodel. Had called hotel before booking to see if the bar would be open and was told yes. Got here and it has been closed for sometime.

Room stunk of cleaner.

The location was convenient. It was dirty. All of the common areas were very dirty. There were dirty boxers in our room and the floors and walls were not clean. There was vomit on the outside of our balcony.
