We have stayed here multiple times and love the hotel. The beds are great, breakfast is always nice and pricing is great!

We couldn't believe how nice the hotel was, it was so clean. I actually ask how long it had been there which was around 5yrs. I was surprised. The room was very large but we did have a Jr Suite. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The lady that fixed the Breakfast was also very nice and the breakfast was good. We will return there again on our way to Florida in the future.

Rooms where clean but had bad smell. I had to buy air freshners to set out. Also the air conditioner dis not cool that well.

This hotel is located in a group of hotels just off I-555 and is probably the best of the bunch, or at least tied for the top. The staff is very attentive and well-trained. The entire property was very clean, displaying three awards from AAA on the front door indicating it as such. Very comfortable bed, and the HVAC got the room cold and kept it there, just as it should. Our son loved the pool. The only thing that could have been better was the shower hardware seemed a bit on the bargain side, to the point that the shower head didn't want to adjust spraying modes. But that's a minor inconvenience. We make this trip frequently and we will definitely be staying here again.

The air was out in the hallways. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke a few times. Staff was amazing, but the facility is definitely lacking compared to when I stayed last year.

Staff was great very accommodating. But the room was kept bath was stained and had hair in it when we arrived. The drain did not drain as I was showering overall it was not a clean room.

Breakfast was not that great. I asked for a receipt and they wouldn't give me one. Fan in the bathroom runs all the time. But everything was very clean.

The staff was AMAZING!! Super nice! It could’ve been cleaned a little better. There was a little bit of mildew buildup in the shower.

The faculty was.clean had a good breakfast and the staff courteous. Showers don’t have pull bars for handicap.

The breakfast was horrible. It wasn't ready at 6am, which was important to us because we were on a tight schedule. When it was ready, the breakfast looked like it was from the day or two before. The food was very dry and old. This seems to be across the Comfort Suites chain.
