    Very well lit and easy to find. Best location to the tournament fields. Friendly staff and very clean!! Breakfast was good too. Only complaint is the shower was hard to get turned on, my brother ended up having to take a bath instead but it was fine.

    This hotel used to be so clean and had best staff. Not only was the room dirty and the bathroom needing to be updated but we experienced racist treatment. The night front desk gentleman was so rude. He had a seriously angry face and was so intimidatingly staring us down for no reason. He had his dog at the front counter with him. His dog was trying to come to us for petting and he told us not to touch him. We understood and never touched him even though the dog was the one that walked out to us seemingly trying to get attention . The front desk person then made his dog back behind the counter again. Once we paid for our sodas and chips the next guest walked up behind us. While we were walking away, the second guest asked if he could pet his dog and the front desk person perked up and said of course you can and pulled his dog to the guest. We heard it clearly. When I walked back to see what was so different from us to this other guest, i saw the big difference was that guest was a white male. My sister and I are darker skinned spanish females. It made me realize what just happened and it was humiliating. They have cameras in the front desk so I know it must have captured this terrible experience. It made me not want to stay in that town ever again. I had heard there was racism there but experiencing it first hand was terrible.

    The person working the desk That the room was way too expensive to be a normal average room this was not $190 a night room no jacuzzi in here... No free breakfast... The remote didn't work.... Coffee maker wouldn't work..... The room was dirty when we got here..... I'm calling corporate today to try to get something done about $200 that went down the drain for nothing I could have stayed at the freaking super 8 motel and had the same damn service....

    The swimming pool heater did not work so the pool was ice cold and I asked about the pool when I reserved the room and no one said it was out. The staff said it had been out for several weeks before we even planned. The room was not the cleanest, lots of stuff that needs to be fixed and now from the last time I stayed there you have to pay extra for your breakfast. Unacceptable.

    The lobby is great, staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. The bathroom was not the cleanest - something questionable was stuck on the door frame in the bathroom which came off easily with a wipe. The floor in the bathroom also did not feel very clean. Everything else I thought was great for the price.

    The room was nice and the location good. However, the bathroom countertop was dirty, the shelves under the countertop had white powder on them, not sure what it was. We found our room wasn’t serviced after coming back from a long day at our grandsons funeral. When we called the front desk, we were asked if we had requested our service. Nowhere in the reservation or in the room did it indicate you would have to ask to have your bed made, garbage taken out and clean towels put in your room for the price paid I thought this was unacceptable.

    This was the 4th time we stayed and was told the restaurant/bar would be open. Each time it was convenint ky closed. Then at 12:30am we woke up to a bunch of college age kids partying it up across the hall in their room and inn the hall. It still hadn’t stopped by 3am, so I made a complaint to the front desk which she really didn’t seem to care. Cops showed up, but couldn’t get anyone to come to the door so they left, and then the room party started again.

    Check-out- was told 1st time they no longer print receipts. Second time, printer is broken. Third time, since I booked using Expedia, Expedia will provide receipt- even though the Hilton charged my card. Called customer service and was put on hold- representative never returned to the line- waited 20 mins. I asked to speak with a manager/ supervisor- she said she was the manager. I asked for the number to customer service and was told to google it. Ultimately, after 1-2 hours of calling, the alleged manager told me they “think” they figured out how to email my receipt. For 190 a night- not a convenient stay.

    Check YOUR MATTRESS. I cannot stress this enough. They arent deep cleaning nor exchanging soiled and blood stained mattresses out, they just put 3 layers above it and hope you don’t look. I was shown 4 different rooms on two different floors all having the same soiled glaringly filled with urine mattresses. No one had any answer but they were sorry and this isn’t how things usually go. LOL how does every room I was shown have it then?

    My husband and I both enjoyed our stay here. The bed was comfy and the room even had enough space for an aerobics workout. I loved the reading lights on each side of the bed. It made it so much easier to read anything. The front desk staff was always super friendly and helpful.

    Water running from the roof of 2nd floor we on the 1st floor. Clothes got wet ask laundry to wash them or the front desk if we could be refunded it was no! Water running so heavy onto the floor in bathroom it flooded in the room and hallway! Will never be back worse customer service ever she didn’t wanna give us another room

    The staff overall was so friendly and so helpful so I am appreciative of the overall customer service but not happy at all with the cleanliness. I even requested twice for a vacuum or broom because I don’t like to leave places a mess or like to clean as a I go. House keeping did bring me a vacuum once so I could vacuum our room.

    This is the only hotel I would ever stay at in Jonesboro. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff cannot be beat for their friendliness and hopefulness.     Ver nice place, I'm glad we stayed here. Very large room, very clean and in a great location just off I-555. Can't say we enjoyed eating at the restaurant. Limited menu as you might expect, but some odd choices to pick from. We ended up splitting a hamburger which was decent. Small and yet awful wine list, and they were out of our first two choices. Stay here but eat elsewhere.

    We reserved a suite a couple weeks in advance. Upon arrival were assigned a room and provided a key card. Unfortunately, when we unlocked the door and entered the room, we discovered it was already occupied. VERY AWKWARD! After apologies, we returned to front dest with two toddlers and luggage where the clerk never apologized for the mistake and assigned us another room that was not what we reserved nor had the stool been cleaned . Clerk advised they couldn't discount room because we reserved it through a third party (Travelocity). Do NOT stay at this place

    The Hilton Garden Inn has always had nice clean rooms , but on my last few stays I have noticed that the rooms need to have some updating and touch up paint. just to keep it in the tip top condition that it has been in the past.Since this is my expertice I just wanted to point out these things. The staff has always been the best!

    The coffee maker was broken, i left a note but no one came to clean the room after my first night so unless i told the desk no one knew. There was a pair of dirty underwear left in the room from a previous guest and the side door closest to my vehicle did not work with my card so when i was loading\unloading i had to walk all the way around the facility. Also i looked for any info on "free" breakfast on the site and it did not list any so that i could at least get a coffee since my room coffee maker was broken however it did appear there was some breakfast options available but no sign was there to inform people. Even if my coffee maker worked I'm not sure i would've used it because it was disgusting and had leftover coffe filling the overflow recepticle. It was a nice hotel that was being managed poorly, as in people were not checking if side doors worked with keys or that the rooms was clean.

    We had an enjoyable stay. The only thing that was confusing was lack of information on wi-fi. A cursory look at the info on the emails from Hilton and info found in the hotel room appears to require guests to join some sort of club before they can have free wi-fi. Something almost no other hotel I've stayed at requires. But the location, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff were top-notch. It was an enjoyable stay.

    Our check in was pleasant, the room was clean and quiet. I paid extra for breakfast when I booked my room. We went downstairs for breakfast at 9:30 am. A lady that was a kitchen employee walked up to me and asked if I had paid for breakfast and I said yes and gave her my room number. The lady behind the counter inside the kitchen was already shutting the buffet line down. The food had very little amounts and they let the coffee run out, so we had to wait for more coffee to be made. Both kitchen staff ladies said that they stop serving at 10:00 but it wasn't near that time yet. They were trying to get it closed down early and not refill the food. Then the attendant walking around brought me a payment ticket, and I asked her what that was for? I had already paid for my breakfast. The Lady at the front desk said it was so I could leave a tip. I told her that I didn't feel it was appropriate to leave a tip when no one served us at all, there was a lady walking around gathering dirty dishes, and the other one was trying to shut the food down early. The only thing that the attendant gave us was a hard time and I am not leaving a tip for that. I felt that I was badgered when I walked up there for breakfast, made to feel unwelcomed by the lady in the kitchen and that is not Hospitality at all. Then they asked for a tip, I find that ridiculous. Plus they had all the forks and spoons on the tables already, and uncovered/unprotected making it unsanitary. The Breakfast crew was awful.

    Oh my gosh! The friendliest staff I have ever encountered and I travel all the time. Everyone bent over backward to be nice and help with anything we needed. We will be back!

    Whoever checked us in messed up and put us in the wront room. While there, other people walked into our room several different times while getting a key to our room. Then at shift change, the next staff was able to fix the problem in the computer.

    The sheets on my sons bed had very visible bloody stans and not to mention the glass we found in the bed very disturbing, disgusting, unsafe and unsanitary.

    It was ok. Got charged double for the room. But they did fix it a couple of days after! If we didn’t have the extra money we would have been in a bad spot! But building was pretty clean!

    They are currently remodeling the lobby. The room was far from clean. The bathroom door was broken. It wouldnt stay shut or lock. The tub would barely drained. We had no hot water when we got there about 10 pm. We told the front desk and they said it was because of the time of day, however, there was still no hot water at 7am when we tried to run a shower again. Standing in the shower the water just pooled up. It was disgusting. The bathroom counters were barely attached. Do not reccomend. The hotel couldnt do a thing to rectify anything because we booked through hotels.com.

    First impression was great. Clean, impressive, Location and convenience to shopping and staff were all great. As soon as we walked into our hallway, we were hit with a dampness and disgusting, dank smell. When we opened the door to our room, the smell and dampness were worse. The carpet literally felt as if it had just been shampooed.it was gross! We had been in the car for 6 hrs and were in town for a funeral. We were exhausted and the problem was obviously throughout the facility, so we stuck it out for the night. By morning the towels felt like they’d already been used. I came home with a severe eye infection, and after describing the room conditions to my dr, he said it was ripe for growing all kinds of bacteria. We were terribly disappointed and should have insisted on getting our money back, but guess with the Expedia policy of No Money Back on This Property, guess that should have been a warning??? It wasn’t cheap, either! We won’t be using Expedia again!

    The hotel was great. We had a suite which was just a few dollars more than a King bed room. My only complaint was the $12.50 breakfast. I could have gotten it for $10 if I booked breakfast thru Hotels.com! Still not knowing what it was going to be was a bit pricey.

    This hotel had a fire sprinkler break (in the door lock - the two sets of doors) in the front lobby due to cold weather at the front door. This caused a big mess. But they dealt with it quickly and professionally. It didn't really effect us except for the breakfast location which was moved down the hall. The pool was warmer than expected (I loved it). Overall great stay.
