The only nice thing about the property was the location. Literally! It is completly different from the pictures! It is not the same hotel you see in the photos at all!! Its such a dated property, eveyrhting is broken and old, just terrible! Besides that most of the staff are really rude. Don't be fooled by the pictures!!!

The location. Honestly, the only thing that was worth the stay. Everything else is mediocre at best. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Terrible bread, tasteless food, omelets made with heavy seed oils, burning instant coffee, terrible cold cuts and fruit poorly cut.

Overpriced!!! The property is old and dated. Rooms are small and smell bad. Pools are dirty. Property is neglected. Not worth the money. Restaurant is dirty and outdated. Staff were unhelpful Had to wait 2 hours to get into the room because of broken lock. No apology, no compensation. Will not return!

On the one hand, the property clearly needs renovation. It’s an old hotel, but the architecture is nice, and the landscaping with flowers is very charming. I really liked the swimming pool, the location is very convenient, and the breakfast and staff were amazing.

Drinks and location. Breakfast was not very good. Bathroom's cabinet was almost falling apart. Swimming pool needs renovation.

Excelent localization Ambulant sellers inside the hotel customer area trying to sell everything.

Excellent location with direct access to the beach and close to restaurants and stores for evening strolls. Buffet breakfast is very complete and is served in front of the beach. Rooms are simple but spacious and comfortable. The facilities are quite worn out from use. The price is somewhat high for the condition of the facilities.

Everything that could not work didn't work. Cleaning, housekeeping, noise, ddidn't ofer a comfortable experience...they needed to change our both rooms...employees working and yelling at 4am besides my room. Terrible !! Everything ! I should have stayed in the same hotel as I previously stayed there: Vila Kalango

Property was gorgeous! Shady trees and flowers, three shady pools that felt very private. Location was fantastic- just off the main square and on the beach, but felt very quiet and private. Staff was very responsive and morning breakfast was excellent. Nothing, it was excellent!

Facilities were amazing and above all, the staff was the best, wished I could take all of them to come reach out people about customer service. Thanks to everyone there who made a our stay memorable Wished they had warned us about one of the evening performances where they had a snake. That night was a no no. They should let people know so that they can choose if that’s something they wanna be part of or not
