I asked for special breakfast due lactose intolerance and they provided me some options. Thanks ? The smell of mold in the room and the shower was not properly connected to the electrical system and was giving shocks, room 17. The safe did not work...

that it's close to the beach, but it's very noisy!! stay there only if you like the "kilombo" if you are fat, and don't like to walk it's expensive for what it is, you can find a lot better options for the same price, the noise was horrible! from 10 am to 10 pm, they are also building, so between the loud music and the construction, omg. plus the rooms are not nice at all, quite ugly by al means.

the breakfast was perfect, with a lot of varietes, like fruites, eggs, bread and lots of cakes! I had to have some work calls and the wifi was bad.

I liked everything about this place. It has perfect location by the beach and justvin the center of the town. Has beautiful garden with planty of places to take rest. Has a nice pool and sunbeds facing the beach. We had a beautiful, spacious and very comfortable room (superior), from which we could see the pool, and from the balkony we could also see the ocean. Breakfasts are really tasty with many options to choose, and beach bar serves also good food and drinks. Staff is really friendly. It as hard to leave. The music in the bar could be more quiet :)

The location was very good near restaurants and on the beach front. The fee for extending the checkout by three hours was unreasonable. Breakfast selections could be improved.

The location was excellent at the village and at the beach. The room was super small, very old, we even found a cockroach underneath the pillow. The breakfast could have been better. The hotel was definitely overpriced and I regretted staying there.

Location is very good! A little run down and simple for the high price paid, one can usually expect a more premium hotel in Brazil

The localisation is exceptional The rooms are missing of natural light and the mattress is way too soft.

Staff was courteous, some spoke english, and was accommodating to any request. Location was at the center of Jeri, and on the beach. Recommend this friendly, clean hotel. The front desk staff is efficient, and thanks to Oelito for being so friendly and engaging!

Very well kept property. The quieter rooms are away from the beach toward the front. if you want quiet sleep these are for you. Bands and music play on the beach and those rooms aren’t quiet. Oelito is fabulous and does all he can to accommodate English speaking clients.

The location is great and the restaurant in front of the hotel is nice and convenient. The room was very poor quality compared to the hotel facilities and the pictures of the room. The first room we got was on the first floor and had a very dangerous balcony for small children. The opening was so big that the child could easily fall off from it. The second room had several outlets all around all beds and again super dangerous for small children. Then we finally got upgraded to a nicer room which was much better then the others and is probably the type of room they add on the pictures to attract guest for the high cost of the stay.
