There was no soap in a toilet. Only first day was a warm water on shower (I have been there 3 nights). I asked hotel via booking.com about possibilities late check out. I didn't receive answer.

Nothing It was unhygenic, there were pubic hairs on the bedsheet and blankets, cigarette burns and stains, there was a pee smell and a huge mold in the toilet, we booked for 2 nights and only decided to stay for only 1 night because it was unbearable dirty, despite our valid complain the receptionist and owner refuse to give us a refund for the second night that we decided not to stay, they even refuse booking.com's request, horrrible experience, would never try again

Room is clean n the plug is near the bed It is inside pasar heritage so need to ask. The water heater always hot.. GG

The room is spacious n quiet. The guy (receptionist) was VERY nice n helpful. He offered me a hand to carry my suitcase to the 2nd floor since there's no lift (I enjoyed my stay because of his hospitality. Big thanks to him.?) The hotel is close to Pasar Baru and many good food sold around this area. The facilities are very basic. Cleanliness is one thing they need to pay attention to (bed sheets n towels are old coz the color faded n some dark spots on the towel. They need new ones). There's no lift for going to upper levels. drinking water, toilet paper are not provided. But again it is a cheap hotel, can't expect much. And also, the location on the map is not accurate. The taxi driver had to go around several times to find its place.

The staff is nice, help me yo check in even though i came very late. The toilet very dirty. You can even there’s mid there….not to mention the spider web, dirty floor room, bedsheet, even below the bed ?
