Near location to my destination Rooms are dirty, beds got lots of bed bugs. I called manager to settle these things, coz my whole body was itch. Till I need to checkout 4am in the morning because I can’t stand the itch and there is no point of staying longer.

Just as people said,Jakarta is the city, never sleep, so you'll find anything at any time they're there available for you. Most people were smoking , and it seems that's the only thing bothering me so much..

Staff was really friendly. Doan (thank you again) who was at the desk spent a long time helping me reserve train tickets with an app. I like the location very much; there is a market street just across from the hotel, and it is central Jakarta yet relatively quiet. The lobby is pleasant, rooms are clean and pretty well equipped. This was my second time at POP! and I will surely be back next time I'm in Jakarta. Nothing, really.

The air-conditioning is working despite the sound being irritating. The bathroom condition is not that clean as I noticed stains here and there as well as the toilet bowl. The lift service is bad, only 1 lift is working at one time.

i forgot about the breakfast and during check in also the staff didnt remind us about the breakfast maybe the staff can remind the customer about anything they need to know cause sometimes the customer also forget

Clean, modern comfortable. Efficient staff. Able to buy hot drinks and snacks in reception Nothing in walking distance so we used grab taxis to get around.

The location is good, and easy walking distance from anything needed. There are good food choices nearby. The shower was pretty leaky and the live music in the lobby was far too loud (and long).

Value for money and when we asked for twin beds, the staff was accommodative We gave feedback that the security deposit box was low in battery. The front desk acknowledged and promised to send technician. Technician did not come.
