free water rats. bugs. lizards. dirt - there is no way this room was cleaned since the walls were painted. no toilet paper. no wifi in the urban view area- although possibly the least of our concerns as we were eager to leave. if the rat isn’t the worst point (it/they nested under one of the tilted beds and very much shared the entire space), ease of finding the property (urban view is not available on any of the ride aps or google) was a nightmare. the hotel is attached to and you check in at another established hotel called Hotel kebayoran (which is where most of the photos online appear to have come from). as a result our taxi from the airport dropped us at the wrong urban view hotel about 3km away at 2am and it then took another hour to find another cab. long story short don’t try to search for urban view if you decide to stay here, because all the gps engines know it as hotel kebayoran.
