The Personnel was always friendly and the room service kept the rooms always top notch tidy. I had some things to do in that area and found everything within reach. From your floor you can access the garage directly to travel by scooter, car or gojek. I will come back and really like the service. The pool could have been a little bit deeper, the windows in the rooms were not possible to open. The view could have been better but a building has 4 sides that all get rented out. Anyway wil come back

I love the way the staff treated us. They were so friendly and accommodate our needs. The location was great and it's easy for us to reach the location. The cleanliness of the room also suitable for the price given. The parking lot was so small but the security staff helps us to get the parking space.

noise from next door heard to my room.. there is no mineral water bottle but the facilitate it with water dispenser on the center point of the building level.. the room to noise

When the breakfast items finished they not put new even when the breakfast for more than 1 hour must be open. That happened the first day when I arrived at the hotel. I complained at the reception but I think they not taken seriously. When you siting by the pool for swimming in the morning the reception people come 4 time for say to they will close the pool for construction on the wall of the building. It’s totally on acceptable for send people away when they book the hotel including the pool. Iff you want do construction things close the hotel!!

1. the toilet in a very bad condition you should change it, it doesnt look nice at all. 2. bed sheet and pillow sheet very dirty and also the duvet. they put 2 duvet, 1 was okay the other one looks dirty and the color also not white anymore.
