no First, Water facility was the worst. the drinage was blocked. and the door of bathroom can't be locked. because of them , the water used by the shower come into next bedroom. Almost all the area of the bed room was Submerged in the water. When I told it to The staff , he start cleaning without any apologies, finishing cleaning and say 「It's done」with smile. I thought why I must pay for the cruciel service?? Second, there were Disposable shampoo trash inside the bathroom. This room isn't cleaned at all from previous using. Third, internet connection was so bad. Inside the building, There is a problem with network . Although they provide wifi service, it can't be detect from the Setup screen. It means you can't use Internet inside the hotel. Fourth, the reception was loud all night. Reception area was close to rooms of ground floor. In spite of hotel users sleeping, he or she plays the music in big volume and talk loudly. They disrupt my sleeping. Finally, there is no hair dryer in the room. That's all.
