I got smoking room, meanwhile my booking is non smoking. And the receptionist was only said sorry room only available on smoking, how is it ?.. For me it was like?? What did they expect me to say? Should I cancel the booking or what ? The hotel supposed to give a solution or complimentary...

Only the bed -front line desk employee thair attitude was very bad and first time face it in indonesia,for me i wil not recommend any one to stay in this hotel . - clean of the room was baaad ,and it havent hot shower , really its disappointing . At the end i will not recommend this hotel ,there is alot of better options with professional staff and value for money .

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with the door being locked from the inside, but it was quickly fixed by the staff. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options for both Asian and international guests, and the quality was excellent The only reason I rated it an 8 instead of a 10 is due to the lack of soundproofing, which is disappointing given the hotel's price and standard. The road outside was very busy all night, and thankfully, I had my own earplugs. I strongly recommend the hotel provide earplugs in the rooms, as it was nearly impossible to sleep without them

Nice service. Even I didn’t request but the housekeeper cleaned my room every day. Some food stations in the Smoking zone. It should move out of the smoking zone.

They are very sustainable that is really great! I love that! As a result they don’t provide you water in the room, but make you go to the corridor and get it yourself. Other hotels these days do it different, they provide waters with water and fill them themselves.. I booked this hotel more than a month before the arrival via booking.com and thought I had a good deal. However, at the elevator they offered the rooms at 20% cheaper than I booked… Felt like was ripped off. They have 3 elevators and you can not go to another level with your room key except yours. Breakfast is on the 23floor and has nice views, the breakfast options are limited, but this hotel seems to be mostly for locals as there were many of them and so was the food. They should have a better egg station chief as both days we had young people who weren’t at their best cooking omlets. The rooms should have better cleaning as we had problems with hairs in the room and the bed sheet was with stains… The corridor carpet at the corridor of the 9th floor is quite dirty..Also have a look at the photo with table cover at the breakfast area, it’s so dirty with stains…. The walls are so thin that in the evening and in the morning for 2 straight days someone was talking like they were standing in the balcony of our room, I even stood up and checked )) Being close to the main busy road also get noise to the room. So, if you love sleeping until late but sensitive to noise, keep the above info in your mind. Another weird thing I found here is that if you order a taxi you have to pay for its entrance to the hotel, or parking fee they call it. Even though you get in immediately you have to pay the fee
