I can not come inside the room. I also send the message and calling, but no respons. It was not good at all. I can not sleep there, and then leave the property and then looking for another hotel. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure, and hot water was mostly stable. The WiFi connection was excellent, and the AC worked well, keeping the room comfortable. Free drinking water was provided, which was a nice touch. Overall, with the price we paid, I will choose this place again. However, the location was far from everything, making it necessary to use public transport to reach any attractions or amenities. While the staff were polite, they weren’t very helpful and didn’t speak English, which made communication challenging.
