Staff were nice. Bed was comfortable. The rooms are old. No plug points next to the bed. Bathroom stank like old drain water. Room smelt old.

The staffs are very helpful. I was traveling with my kids and I booked two connected deluxe rooms. Since the available connected rooms are smoking rooms and I do mind so the staff upgrade to Junior Room FOR FREE. The rooms are very spacious and we were really grateful for that. Some furniture is a bit old but they are still okay.

My wife and I always stay there when we are in Jakarta. Great value in every way. I always love having the breakfast which is important to me and the people always make the difference between a great or not experience.

Beautiful hotel lobby , luxurious from outside The cleanliness of the hotel is a major issue. The bed sheets are unhygienic, and the air conditioning unit is dusty and uncleaned. The English staff, particularly James, is poor. The hotel’s policy for security deposits is also problematic. During booking, the deposit amount is not disclosed, but after making a non-refundable reservation, you are informed that you will need to pay 500,000 during check-in, the management’s instructions are uncomfortable and unprofessional.
