The stuff gave us solution that’s kind solve the problem It’s dirty, bad location, bad vibe I’m sorry to say but the guest and the people around is a bit weird it seems like on slums area even tho the room is clean but the dust is still there

I was assigned to a non smoking room, but when I entered I clearly noticed it was a smoking room. Then I got a new room, which was dirty. There were multiple stains of fluids above the bed. I went back to the reception and got again a new room. To me this was not clean and well maintained enough for the price I had to pay for the room.

The majority of their services are 24/7; I can get food and even a massage at any time I wanted. It was within walking distance to several tourist sites. The hotel is well known enough that most taxi drivers know how to get there by mentioning the name. Food safety and handling is better than other places, it's why I was willing to pay to eat at the hotel than the locals as I saw a lot of questionable practices outside of the inn. Communication was a challenge at times because not all workers are skilled in English. Although they had a pool with lovely scenic views, it was an open pool so rain water can fall right into the pool and it did so often due to the weather. The pool had no clear separation between adults and children, so one had to deal with the noisy kids or come back at a later time. My least favorite feature is the laundry, it was more expensive than paying two ride to the airport. I know for a fact local laundry companies aren't that expensive but they are easily charging over double the price. Had they simply install a self-service laundry room, I would've done it myself if it meant to avoid charges higher than western prices. Cleanliness wasn't 100%, I found dirt spots and mold in my room, but I try not to pick a bone about it because I know the cleaners are short on time and can't do a thorough job.

The hotel did not issue tax invoice, why? Other hotels have tax invoice, include 10% service charge and 11% government tax, why dont they include it in the invoice? They give me a paper same like a receipt, not a tax invoice but they told me it is the tax invoice. There must be cheating here I guess. And I can not claim back the cost for my business trip.

Great view over the city with clean spacious rooms and bathrooms. Amazing shower! Only thing was that the pool is very cold

Good location in pasar baru. Nice view of Jakarta. Friendly staff. Executive rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast is OK. Gym is nice. Cafe below the hotel is nice and convenient. We had two rooms, one executive one "normal". The normal one was far below the executive. It stunk cigarette like an ashtray, although it wasn't allowed to smoke... No towel were given, had to ask, no hair dryer either, fridge and aircon didn't seem to make any cold. The executive room we booked had none of these problems and was much better maintained and confortable, it almost seemed like two different hotels. The elevators are clearly a pain in the butt. It can sometimes take more than 5minutes to go down! In my few days here, I feel like I spent most of my time in these elevators!! I didn't even know it was possible to spend so much time in an elevator... Pro tip: order your gojek/grab when you are in the lobby, not in your room as you can't guess how long it will take!

It was friendly front staff Reception, and whole hotel. Rooms are not clean in bathroom there is now shower skirt, result whole bathroom underwater. The room self ok, AC just droops many many water to the floor in both rooms. The AC self was loud and hammer unregular very loud. It was needed to put below some trash and towels otherway whole ro with water. There was no option to get some food arround 0800pm. If we ask the reception to order a taxi, it was not working. After 1h of waiting we did by our self.
