Hospitality and diligence of employees. Serious defects in cleanliness. More than 50% of plates at buffet had stains. Bed sheets were not replaced until we claimed. Welcome cake were left for undetermined time without covers or wraps.

Excellent breakfast Comfortable bed Reasonable value for a big Asian city central hotel Newish bldg showing it’s age already , seems like a cheap build. isn’t well insulated internally- you hear neighbours easily Cleaning could be better Forget the Monas view premium - new construction blocks view now Area pretty much un- walkable, shame cos it’s central location In couple of years there will be a subway line in front- until then … traffic jams and construction site dominates
