Friendly staff who always ready for helping. Very rich breakfast buffet. Comfortable rooms. Good view. Not suitable for pedestrians. Almost no side walks in the area.

- we were in 19th fl and had great view of Jakarta with large window - variety of slection in breakfast buffet - kind staff and prompt service trying to accomodate the needs of clients -breakfast restaurant/ bar with pool area was nice - good value - central location - it was new year’s eve so breakfast was very crowded with many guest but the staff were trying their best to accomodate all the overly crowded breakfast

Well presented, tasteful styling, quality service and staff, access to pool, buffet breakfast, very comfortable and clean room, onsite spa and massage was great and access to other eateries downstairs was handy - we really enjoyed our stay. Restaurant staff were excellent, many thanks to Nelson for his services at breakfast, fantastic pizza made by chef Tio, and thanks to Zola and Yati in the evening. rooms weren't fully sound proof, we could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom from other rooms. Better TV channel options would be great and better access to filter water (we had to ask which is fine, but would be better for a refill station to be more accessible especially given tap water is not potable).

The room was spacious, and they manage to get me a room before the standard 2pm time. The facilities are good and the breakfast spread is wide. Its not really international breakfast, but it works for me. As some of the food are not bad. More of Asian spread for the breakfast buffet. there are some shops within the 1st to 5th level of the hotel. I stayed there for 4 days, but the house keeping didnt change my towel for 4 days. And i did requested for house keeping. There are no convenience store nearby, and after 10pm when the Indo mart in the Level 1 hotel closes, the next one is couple of minutes walk.

The location and guest service Lots of stains on the carpet, we had to ask for new pillowcases and sheet upon checking in due to stains. The room didn't come with an iron, breakfast meals were decent. At times, the crew was a bit slow to clean up dirty tables.

We really like how roomy the rooms are. The setup and ease of access for my friend’s wedding made everything super convenient, and the grounds are nicely maintained. The lobby team offers fantastic help.

The rain shower in not working, toilet no hand towel and no cotton bud. Breakfast very basic not much variety to choose and same dishes everyday.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were immediately impressed by the stunning lobby—it gave a great first impression and felt very welcoming. Unfortunately, things took a turn once we got to our room. There were no towels prepared, which was a small inconvenience, but the main issue was the air conditioning. We waited for almost an hour for it to cool down, but nothing improved. Since we arrived late at night, we were quite tired and requested to change rooms. The staff moved us to another room, but sadly, the air conditioning there also wasn’t working properly—it kept going on and off. At that point, we just gave up trying to fix it and ended up having a poor night’s sleep. The next morning, we reported the issue to the reception. They were understanding and upgraded us to an executive lounge room—though it was actually a small connecting room to the main lounge. The air conditioning in that room was slightly better but still not ideal. On the positive side, the staff were efficient and accommodating, and the overall design and quality of the rooms were fantastic. It’s unfortunate that the air conditioning issue affected our stay, as everything else had great potential.
