I had a very pleasant stay at Veranda Hotel in Jakarta. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made it a nice place to relax after a busy day in the city. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I also appreciated the good service and the convenient location. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to come back again. I would also recommend Veranda Hotel to others visiting Jakarta. One area that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection, especially in the room. It worked, but at times it could be stronger and more stable. However, this did not affect my overall positive experience, and I was still very satisfied with my stay.

Felt like a new property, with friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean and had everything I needed. Had the misfortune of staying at a room facing the main road. The noise was unbearable and had 2 hours of sleep for someone who is sensitive to noise. It was helpful that ear plugs were already provided for in the room, which means the hotel must know of this issue, but it was not enough to drown out the noise. If you have a room facing the side or back, I’m sure it would have been a great experience.

I loved the hotel and its location. The facilities are good, and the rooms are comfortable. I always appreciate a good workstation. Thanks! Breakfast options at the hotel could have been better — very few vegetarian options for a nourishing meal.

Very peaceful, very clean, lovely staff. They had Netflix too which was a huge plus - normally on the tv in hotels it’s just local channels or news channels available. The restaurant’s food and cocktails were fantastic. I was allowed to check in early too so I really appreciated the flexibility of the staff.

A wonderfully deluxe hotel in a good location, close to Gandaria City Mall. The one negative aspect of this property is that their only restaurant serves as a popular function room. During my one week stay, three different events closed the restaurant which affected the morning breakfast and the evening dinner service. It would be better to hold functions on the 1st floor and leave the ground floor restaurant to hotel guests.

The room is not soundproof. Couldn’t sleep well due to the traffic noise in the area. Also strong smell of the chemical cleaning products used in the hallways. Could use environmental friendly cleaning agents.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to make my trip very enjoyable. Huge appreciation for the security staff who always made sure that I was safe while waiting for my GoJek/ Grab. The Front Desk staff were very resourceful and kind. I liked most of the facility that this hotel offered. Minor thing that made me uncomfortable was the pillow in my room. The pillows were too firm for my next and I oftentimes woke up with sore neck. I didn't ask for new ones because I usually came back very late to sleep and did not want to bother the staff.

ambiance was tranquil and cozy, staffs are friendly Was charge way above the published rate for adding one day before the original booking. Talked to the manager and was told it was bookings.com rate. Checked with bookings.com, they said it was the hotel charged the rate as bookings.com didn't have any authority to change the rate, not nice feeling as we stayed here twice for 12 nights combined. The house keeping didn't check the room thoroughly, there was a window has a big gap around it to allowed hot air and noise come in; few curtain hooks were off the railing, both weren't fixed the second time we checked in. I notified the housekeeping and they were fixed very quickly. The sound proof could be improved as the window is facing the highway.

Perfect for family holidays and location is strategic in South Jakarta. Affordable pricing and great value for the money. Kids and family activities are a wonderful add-on. Staff and management are very friendly. The meals from the kitchen are world class and well-presented. Still no smart TVs in the room. No way to stream content or connect mobile devices. Wifi signal kept dropping in the room and at the kitchen/pool area. Pricing for business services is super expensive
