The staff is simply excellent. Their attention to details specially during breakfast is amazing. The breakfast is so good with a big Indian collection. One staff member asked me if I am coming back for breakfast the next day. When I said yes, he offered to get an Indian dish made for me. The next day, when I had completely forgotten, I saw that I was served that dish when it was not even part of that day’s menu! How did they manage that. The quality of rooms is good. The WiFi is excellent. Everything is so good here. One of my best experiences ever. I will surely use this hotel exclusively on every visit going forward. The location is good but hotels at SCBD area have a slightly better location. The tea and coffee arrangement in the room can be improved. Also they don’t have spoons in the room. Had a lot of issue in stirring the hot tea!

Such friendly attentive staff through out the entire hotel. Everything about this hotel was amazing. We have stayed in many Asian hotels over the years but this hotel trumps them all. Would like to mention Emyr , Panca & Theresa as real stand outs. The chefs were also incredible, food & service amazing in both the club lounge & at breakfast downstairs. Thank you to everyone at this hotel ? Absolutely nothing.
