Cleanliness There are very few playground facilities for children. The room smelled unpleasant when we entered. I booked two rooms, but the welcome cake and drinks were only available in one.

Excellent with the spread, staffs are so friendly and helpful. the ambient is good that does not give a must rush mindset. it is relaxing and still can work at the same time while enjoying the breakfast. the pastry and drink counter is a bit far from the dining areas. guests have difficulties finding them unless they are frequent guests of the hotel who are already familiar with the food spread orientation.

Best ever decision to stay here. i am a chef and travel for food and i loved the food at the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was extraordinary. the chefs and the servers and everyone was like a family in just few hours. it was truly home away from home and everyone was genuine and superb. room was extraordinary and facilities. i left my heart there and miss every moment. i really wish i can go there again and each time ill choose this hotel. their Saturday brunch was also amazing. Room service was quick and food was great. loved every moment. Loved everything

The Staff was amazing from the doorman, receptionists, housekeeping, to the Butlers and higher managers. Breakfast was unbelievable with so many options, you'll be full before you try everything you want. The Creme Brulee French Toast was out of this world! Highly recommend. Our bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies each night. The price is on the higher end, but you definitely get what you pay for!

Staff efficient, helpful and facilities are first rate. Corridors are suitably & elegantly decorated. Request for late check-out out was swiftly handled without a fuss. Extremely important for international travellers. Spa was great. Refurbished, but still, an old property. Swimming pool is rather small, wet and unappealing, with unused furniture not tidily arranged. No readily available qibla direction in the room for muslim guests.

Nice looking high-end hotel and amenities. Room, spa and sauna all good quality. Central location. No cold water bath near sauna, but can just take a cold shower. There's shaved ice as well. Airport shuttle not included in price, but that's not a big deal.
