Pictures are different than tha actual room available at hotel.. No cleaning facilities. Staff are rude except receptionist... Location bad. Staff rude except receptionist Fake pictures of facilty.

The location The staff that checked is in was very rude, there was no wifi only in the lobby area and it was very slow. Didn’t look like the pictures Room smelled like old sweat Bathroom was tiny

Air conditioner worked well and I felt comfortable with their amenities. Also they borrowed me a hair dryer for free! The location was good, I could walk to the MRT station. and the area was peaceful. The window at bath room was opening and idk how to close it, so mosquitoes came in.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room looks different on the picture. It's not very clean. The walls are quite dirty and need to be painted. The floor is old and ugly. You get better options for the price in Jakarta. And btw the chair in the room is not stable, be careful!

Location, staff Dirty sheets and bath, overall not clean, e.g. refrigerator, therefore smelly. Leaking pipes and mold in the bathroom. Noise source in front of the bathroom window.
