The hotel can really improve the wifi connection.

We booked this hotel for a frisbee tournament at the Indian School just beside. The room was spacious and decently clean. It felt safe staying there as well. Nothing Much.

Location, around 10 mins by taxi to the JIEXPO Very old, very smelly blanket bed sheet towers and toilet - strong urine smell, showering area is very bad- not in condition No iron in room, you need to book and only one hour available Hair dryer is dead, need to fix the time in the morning to use because the technical guy will come and replace the new one then remove to other room

Coffee could be better, Carpet in room not pristine, pillows too hard otherwise okay. Might stay again if going to the Expo.

The only positive point about this hotel is its location and proximity to Expo Centre Room had several small insects and cockroaches moving around. Carpet had stains. AC made a lot of noise. Bed was too soft. Chairs had crater sitting posture. Breakfast offering had dated bakery items...All in all a poorly managed and maintained hotel.

Clean & comfortable bed and free shuttle to the jiexpo hall.| The staff was patient when there were issues with my credit card. The wifi connection is slow and unstable, there were many occasions I was disconnected from the wifi and could not reconnect. My friend did not manage to connect during her 1-night stay! Simple amenities like hand towels were lacking. The carpet was old and a portion was stained. The vanity counter was spotted with water stains after housekeeping was completed. The strength of the water from the shower was below average, which took us longer than usual to complete showering. The closest food option (i.e. mains) is at Citra Experience - which is 4 minutes car ride away from the hotel.

Friendly check-in crew. Good foods in the restaurant. Room is clean. The restaurant seems to be understaffed and not well trained. Can't really say that the hotel has a good value for money. Although the location is close to Jakarta Expo and popular among exhibitors and visitors, but you still need car or taxi to go there. Note that the car entrance is small and in an awkward position.
