The staff were very kind The room smells so bad and the bath room smells disgusting also i found blood on the sheet

View was great, breakfast was good, but you do have to get up early or it gets really crowded, room was really comfortable, good internet, comfortable bed. Nice area not polluted No restarurants in the area, have to use grab

I liked the convenience of the location to the International Expo. Also the staff is great. They are all very friendly and willing to put in extra effort to ensure you have a nice stay. Especially Faisal and the entire restaurant crew, excellent service! I did not like the requirement for a paid entry for vehicles coming to the hotel's drop-off/pick-up area at the lobby. This was extremely inconvenient when getting Grab rides. Additionally, I sometimes did not receive a receipt or forgot to ask for one. Since this was a business trip, it was annoying later when I had to submit my expenses.

Everything was excellent, specially the breakfast

I like the room its as requested twin bed. Very comfortable bed and room that we got. Very descent towel standard. The amenities using Dove brand and smells so nice. Inside the fridge, small bar chiller. If you have children, the connecting rooms are beneficial. If you are going to JIEXPO for a concert or exhibition, this is a nice place to stay. Nice walking distance to venue. The hotel has a pool too. The connectinng door obviiusly not sound proof. The breakfast need improvement. I had a pack of nasi goreng on the god (early morning flight) and the taste is not standard. Like rice mix with soy cause and sweet soysauce with no additional inside the rest. Off box received 2 mini sausage, and sunnyside up with tea/ coffee.

Check in was smooth First, by 07:30 AM, about 70% of the breakfast was already gone. The hotel should be better prepared during busy times or public holidays. The breakfast area was also too small, and there were no seats left—many guests had to sit in the reception area to eat. It was chaotic and poorly managed. I understand it was during the Eid Mubarak holiday, but this kind of situation should be anticipated. Second, our room card didn’t work in the elevator because the sensor was broken. We saw other guests having the same problem, so it clearly wasn’t just us. Third, every time we entered the hotel by taxi or Uber, we had to pay an entrance fee—even just for drop-off. It felt unnecessary and frustrating. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements going forward.

Not many restaurants

The outstanding customer service. Noise of exhausted fan in the room. Bedsheet had dirty marks on it and food was bit cold.

Location was good, i like only few items only can keep more continental foods
