The hotel was in a good location in South Jakarta with easy access to airport Toll road and local shopping centers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and good breakfast buffet as part of the room cost. Room was a little noisy with music stage right outside the window. Room showed some wear and tear with damage to walls from water leaks and furniture scrapes. Bathroom lighting was a little dark and not enough hangers for towels.

Location We had prolonged checked in time. I wrote my estimated time of arrival. Instead of having early check in, we had a very late check in time due to the room is not ready to check in. We checked in at 4 PM !!!!

breakfast was a good mixture of Asian and Western food. Location was convenient for us to meet our friends in Jakarta. the drinks in the open-air rooftop bar were VERY EXPENSIVE.

Decent location It’s dirty. The toilet bowl seemed like it’s never been scrubbed. There’s a ring stain on the water level, the stain that appears when it’s not been scrubbed for a long time. And the coffee mug wasn’t even washed from the previous guest as it still had the dried coffee stain when someone had a sip out of it. So disgusting..
