The location is good for my trip. The hotel is poorly maintained; the air conditioning in my room is very hot; two lights in the bathroom are out; two lights in the bedroom are also out. The room is very dark.

I chose the room because of the coffee maker... but the coffee maker didn't work. At breakfast, they only provide black and espresso. No other.

Modern, casual hotel. Location is a little isolated. Breakfast room was understaffed which meant some empty spaces for food and drinks for those eating later. Swimming pool is postage stamp size. Fitness room with equipment badly maintained.

Good location close to Highway and Shopping mall. The Hotel is nice with art decoration The Restaurant doesn't have many choice of food but for the night rate is very good.

Poor maintenance. Drain in the shower didn’t work well and flooded the bathroom. Most of the food on the menu not available (even Pizza)

Location close to MRT, though nothing in Jakarta is really "walking distance". Room invested by insects and drainage clogged. I could change the room to another which was ok. Room service is expensive and the quality of the food questionable.
