Always love spending time here ini this place, staff were great, service were amazing, its clean and overall great experience I think with the room i have this time it was considerably not as clean as how it should be, compare with bigger room that usually cleaner and smells better

Location was good, service excellent. Near a train station and places to eat. It was about half an hour on the train to National Monument and museums near there. Room was good and facility was clean.

Unfortunately, the entire 12th floor (including our room, 1202) smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Despite requesting a change, the hotel informed us there were no rooms available, so we had to spend one night in the smoky room before being moved the next day. This was disappointing, especially since smoking in carpeted areas leaves a lasting odor. The hotel’s location near the train station made it noisy, and the breakfast selection was not very suitable for international guests. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and polite, and the location was convenient for getting around Jakarta. Overall, it was a memorable stay, but we do not intend to return.

Food was good. The staff were not trained properly. We had a situation where we were having breakfast and our table was with full cup of coffee and juice and we went for more items, when we came back the table was clean and one another guest was sitting on the table. the staff had no idea what he did. the restaurant at times was very crowded as its setup may be not done properly.

Zahra was exceptionally helpful and went out of her way to provide me with valuable information for my side trip to Pontianac and Sinkawang. I am grateful for her and other staff's help throughout my stay.

The location of this hotel was perfect! I was traveling for work and it was very central, a perfect jumping off point for meetings. The staff were wonderful, and incredibly thoughtful! The breakfast buffet was excellent and quite varied each day, which was appreciated for a weeklong stay!
