Bathroom smell Dining location didn't have Wi-Fi, smoking smell, not selection of food only same menu everyday.

Breakfast is simple but delicious. The restaurant is a rooftop bar with amazing night view, great food and vibes. The facilities are very new and the rooms are well designed/furnished. Staff are kind and supportive. Massage is available in your own room and I highly recommend. Better English would've been very helpful

Very nice property, comfortable, great value and most of the staff were very accommodating and friendly. So this place would have received 10 stars, but as an avid traveler there is one thing I despise is predatory practices by hotels. I had arrived around 2am from the airport tired and realized that my week long stay at the hotel didn’t start until the following night. The attendant said he could find me a room but it would be about twice the normal rate! So not only it wasnt a full night stay but I’m being charged nearly 2x the nightly rate I booked my stay at for the week! I know the attendant was merely doing his job, but management needs to work on better hospitality and not take advantage/gouge their guests who didn’t have any other option but to pay whatever the hotel price was since I was literally stranded at 2am. Not cool. I hope this doesn’t happen to future guests. Other than that, a most pleasant stay.

The concierge was insanely helping with the grab rides that came to pick us up when we're out to head to the city and they've been extremely helpful to us when we return back to the hotel. The reservations team held us on for an hour after 3pm for our rooms. We factually arrived pretty early and requested for an early check in and was denied. Fair enough. We stepped out to town after depositing our luggages at the premises. When we returned and expected our rooms ready, we were told to wait still. Not a nice feeling, to be honest.

Stylish boutique hotel with spacious rooms, smart TV, comfy beds, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Great a la carte breakfast menu, no cold buffet, everything cooked to order. Relaxing rooftop bar with plenty of drink options. The location is not too far from shopping and dining places. But far from MRT/LRT The aircon in the deluxe room 202 was like sleeping in gale force winds. The mirror and tiles were covered in water and soap stains and the toilet pedestal was filthy. Better to stick with the standard rooms as the aircon worked well and it was cleaner than the deluxe rooms. The bathroom in the standard room was spotlessly clean.

Came here for my short minimoon trip and the hotel did a cute little set up for us. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Located at the CBD area, short bike ride to GI, Indonesia Plaza and Thamrin City.

Good location, awesome bfast curated by a cool chef, friendly staffs, nothing much to complain. The hotel had a nice open air design for lobby, so it can get warm if u wanna have meetings. There's a rooftop bar in the evenings, simple and nice. 1. My air-condition unit wasn't that great, took time to cool down the room. 2. I wish they had more plug points and with international adapters.

Rooms are really cute and I loved the vibe of the hotel and the view out of the hotel. But also the Roof Top is really fine and the food was great. Very nice coffee shop is also next to hotel entry. Really nice vibe overall. The walk to bus station takes a while and the road is a little uncomfortable, but with Taxi (super cheap) everything is no problem,
