The hotel was extremely clean and the service excellent. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations and was a great value. It’s a short walk to the Lotte mall. While it’s on a quiet side street, traffic in the general area is pretty bad. Wish there was a coffee shop nearby that opened early.

Check-in was super easy. The lobby is right there by the drop off area, the staff from security to front desk were all very helpful and gercep with our luggage, very friendly! And everything was fast; check-in fast, check-out fast, no-ribet with go-food delivery. Room is not perfect with this rate; comfy bed, good water pressure, breakfast is okay but very accommodating; we came late 9:30am and they refilled everything quickly, really appreciated that. They also have a gym, pool, and good Wi-Fi. Super easy stay. I’ll choose this again for future transits. The noise from the road.

- Weekend breakfast was good, indonesian menu but still a good variety - Hairdryer and iron were provided, by calling front desk -. Wifi is good in the room but not for video call, I guess - Weekday breakfast was still good (in taste) but little bit dissapointing, protein menu were only chicken & egg and only 2 kind of fruits. - Some food stain on the duvet, tiny spot. Some stain on the desk chair because of the material - Lack of Tv channel and tv speaker sometimes is delayed

Room wasn’t as new looking as it was in the photo. Chipped wall paint and door was hard to close from the swelling of the wood, but fine otherwise.

Central location, easy access to main roads and proximity of Lotte Mall. Quiet, relatively spacious and very helpful staff. For those who wants to eat there, the breakfast is basic.
