The vibe, staff support, number of elevators. The side dancing the Sun is not AC effective in the corridors. AC in the roomS is OK. No Sauna, pool is very small.

The hotel feels new and well maintained. My room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent - right in the middle of the city, which made getting around very easy. I also found the pricing very reasonable for what they offer, so it felt like great value for money. The wash basin in the bathroom felt a bit small, and the water didn’t drain very easily

Very clean looking hotel. The lobby is beautifully designed with nice wall-art. The staff is so polite to open the door for you, hail taxis and help you enter or exit the car. The cleaning staff is friendly, polite and hard working to make the rooms clean. My compliments to them. Overall I had a really good stay, close to all the shops, government buildings and the Monumen Nasional. No noise from the roads. Recommended stay! The only minor point of criticism is the elevator not having an AC, but don't let that keep you from not booking here

Breakfast option was fabulous It was liitle bit crowdy during my stay there with groups of employees specially in dinning area (breakfast time) i guessed their staying related to an event/workshop/seminar

Dinner order from a la card menu, green salad appetizer and snapper main course. It was not good, fish was hard and chewy, spinach was rough. worst of all something with salad was bad that ruined my digestion instantly, i had spent one hour in bathroom unfortunately.

Location, bed, most of the staff, rates Breakfast: although clearly invested it is spread all over the restaurant area with fruit here, fresh vegetables (very few indeed) there, coffee here, water there... It takes too much wandering around to locate everything. In addition, vegetarian items are scarce, and the restaurant staff is just ok, not much more.

Great location. Warm and lovely hotel atmosphere and a nice breakfast with a swimming pool view. Insufficient water supply and hot water to have a comfortable shower. No outside view from the room.

Breakfast was good with a reasonable range of food types including Asian and Western dishes. Staff were very helpful The swimming pool was too public. The pool is overlooked by the restaurant and in full view of the whole of the lobby plus a corridor on the other side. How can anyone possibly bathe in such an exposed and public place. It is the only problem we encountered as the hotel and staff are excellent
