I did not find the Mercure Hotel to be worthwhile. The Business Center has No Printer to Print Documents, No Paper, No Desk. It’s an empty room with just two chairs. The Mercure Hotel Jakarta is very dated and needs a renovation.

The quietest city centre hotel I've ever stayed in. The pool was big enough to swim lengths, & there were pads on the loungers. Reception were brilliant, Santira is assisting with my lost bank card. All other staff smiley & happy.

The rules require better maintenance and cleaning , the bathrooms were not so good

It doesn’t correspond to the expectations. The staff didn’t welcome us in a proper way, we didn’t receive any introduction about be hotel and the concierge didn’t take our luggage. The bathroom was very old and not well preserved

Everything was good considering the price. I intentionally chose a smoking floor, but the smell was a bit too strong. If it’s not necessary, I’d recommend choosing a non-smoking floor for a more comfortable stay

I liked the relaxed ambiance & the staff were very friendly & helpful. I would like to hugely thank Hafist in particular for his absolutely above & beyond efforts in helping me with my travel arrangements to Yogyakarta! He spent time helping me to book my ticket as well as giving me a personalized travel itinerary to consider while I’m there. He is a true asset to Mercure Jakarta Kota!

Everything was perfect, really enjoyed the gym and swimming pool, breakfast had so many choices and had nice buffet style food, room was spacious with a comfy bed, AC was operating and needed, bathroom was clean and everything worked. Good WiFi and safe in room. Lots of shops nearby. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room service lads work really hard. Highly appreciated. Thank you Cannot find any faults.

very friendly and helpful staff. room very comfortable and good value for the price. luggage helpfully held for us after check out. Not a problem but location is okay if you take taxis. Jakarta is quite a hectic city to walk.
