The refrigerator was broken. The showerhead also wasn't working.

Like that all staffs are polite and very kind . Helpful to seniors . Major plumbing problems are inadequately addressed , mainly because there is no properly trained technician , every thing that was done are like an Band Aid Job . Very unfortunate that management does not set a standard for the technicians or check if item said to be repaired are actually properly repaired .

Friendly staffs, love the breakfast. The 16th fl. alley = clean. Nice to have the connecting door to Mangga Besar st. Please consider to have the entry access from Mangga Besar st. to the hotel. And please more active to clean the table, not only took the plates etc.

The location is a near ghetto of a disaster of run down businesses. And the street noise easily made it to our 22nd floor.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was abundant. Efficient laundry service Photos show the hotel when it was new. Currently many facilities show signs of wear. Quality of materials is rather poor. Gym is substandard - I was was afraid to use the machine equipment. While breakfast was abundant, it was also quite tasteless. Coffee - additional charge… walls between rooms are extremely thin. I was woken up 2:30am by a guest next door who just checked in. I was hearing TV welcome melody and the guest hanging their clothes on the hanger. Very loud. Could not sleep. Hotel refused to provide compensation. Quite disappointing

The hotel location was directly in the heart of Jakarta, just across it there is a TransJakarta bus station so it was easy for us to go somewhere with public transport. Room was clean and the breakfast was grand for a 4 stars hotel. There was so many things to choose, local and international selections. The water pressure in the showers could've been better. Hotel is located next to the MRT Jakarta project, so the road in front is chaos, it'll be better in couple years when the project is done.

Super friendly staff, always ready give a helping hand when needed. Trolly staff member mister Budi, is so friendly and so helpful. Restaurant staff miss Vale is super friendly and gorgeous woman ?. Food and service is great! My favourite place in Jakarta to stay for short or long visits. At one time I took a Bluebird taxi and I forget my phone, the staff security directly did all the necessary to find my phone back, within 30 min the taxi driver came back with my phone. Overal thanks to everybody from Hotel Santika, you did a great job. AAA+++ Nothing.
